At first sounded promising. Later claimed he could not find Google Maps directions to our address. He should've just been upfront and declined the job after he went to the wrong address. I could have provided directions to our place if needed. So I decided to cancel our rescheduled appointment and found someone else who was able to find our address and get the job done. read more

I messaged Alfred via Yelp to see if he could do some work for me. I needed a screen replaced on a sliding screen door, a new handle put on a sliding glass door and a new exterior door installed. He messaged me back right away and we scheduled for him to come in less than a week. The day he texted to let us know he was running a few minutes late which I appreciated. His wife Carmen and he showed up and did the work. The next day I received a call from my tenant that the door wasn't shutting properly. Alfred got back to me right away and came the next day to fix it. (I got the text from my tenant at 10pm, so coming after his scheduled job the following day was amazing) Through out all of this Alfred was great at communicating and answering my texts and he and his wife were very friendly. Al and his wife Carmen are the absolute sweetest people. I needed 5 new fan lights installed and got a quote from several companies. A-Z came back with a good price point and they were available the next day to install! Everyone else was booked out several weeks. We got a time set up and he got there promptly, was incredibly professional and even allowed my pups to keep him company during the process. The job ended up being a bit more involved than expected but neither him or his wife complained or tried to upcharge me. The end result was absolutely stunning! I'm in love with my newest home upgrade and will 100% be using their services for several other home projects in the future. I hired Mr. Mendoza to demolish and remove the sanding shed at my new address and then disassemble my shed at my old address and rebuild it at my new address. First of all, he did disassemble the old shed, but he did not remove it. Then he came to my new address and took apart my shed, then informed me he could not transport it to my new address. That is what I hired him to do. Okay, so I got someone else to transport. So he goes over there and rebuilds it and sends me a picture of it. I paid him. The full amount that he asked for even though he did not fulfill our agreement. When I got to my new address, I realized that the shed doors would not close. I called him and he said he would be over the next day. Never heard from him . He never showed up. I called him again, once again he told me he would be over the next day. Never heard from him again. Nope, I would not use his services again. read more
