Took my dogs to get groomed to try this place out since my other groomer is no longer available. 1. they shaved off my dogs face hair, including whiskers which is Not okay! 2. she cut my dogs eye/eyelid & is EXTREMELY red & irritated. she said it would be okay by the next day but my pups eye is NOT getting better by tomorrow, i might have to take my dog to the emergency room!!! I called the day before to book an appointment with the groomer. I was told they no longer book appointments because they only accept walk-ins. I took my medium sized husky to the shop which had dog poop on the floor. I asked the groomer (who was holding her infant baby) if she had a spot for my dog. She said yes, it will be $120. $120?! I politely turned around and walked my husky right out of there and booked an appointment at Petsmart for half the price. I wanted to support the local small businesses, but not at that rate. WOREST PLACE EVER!!! I took my puppy for a full groom here he came back scared to death. They had him all day since the morning, came by at 4:30pm because I had no call and they said he wasn't ready. They told me they needed one more hour and they closed at 6pm. You can tell he was hit/abused. He got hit in his eye and his private parts. If you love your pets as much as I do and consider them family, please don't take them here saving a few dollars is not worth the trauma your furry family members will go through. This place is NO GOOD. The people that work here have no idea on what they're doing. The place is filthy and the service is horrible. I took my dog to this place to get checked out and they told me my dog had parvo and they suggested to inject him with something that'll "cure" my dog. But didn't. It made him even worse and each injection were pricy, and they would always say "with a few shots your dog should be fine." Couple days later I decided to take my dog to the vet just to see if he was actually doing better and the vets tell me that my dog NEVER had parvo. They said he had diabetes and some other disease and the shots that were given to him by this place were doing absolutely nothing to cure him... my dog passed away because of this awful place. He was given the wrong treatment and now I mourn and seek that this place GETS SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD. Everyone and anyone that take their dogs, cats, birds, etc. PLEASE FOR YOUR PETS OWN GOOD AVOID THIS PLACE. I would hate for anyone to go through what I went through.. My dog needed his nails trimmed but he is such a difficult dog. The owner, her husband, and a kind client were able to put a muzzle on my dog and were so kind. They sweet talked my dog while working as a team to trim his nails. Although it was a difficult process, they charged the same amount of money. No extra fees for all the drama. I've come here for just about all my dog needs. They groom, vaccines and food for just about every pet. I had my dog groomed here they did practically shaved her but due to the weather being so hot I didn't mind and hair grows back. If you are looking for a professional stylist with modern looks go elsewhere. This is a mom and pop shop cheap and affordable. All the times I've come here I got what I expected they are very sweet and helpful. And will continue to come here as long as I live. read more

They sell high end dog food by the pound for cheap. My dog gets quality dog food, his fur looks shinny & healthy so I'm happy for that. I recently bought flea medicine from them for $10. I was scared to use it cause he's a little dog but I used it this morning & I can already tell he stopped scratching & seems happier. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Do not bring your dogs for grooming here. My yorkie was brought here for a short "yorkie cut". He came out looking like a chihuahua. I later called to inquire about this new type of haircut he received and she told me that's what my mother requested. Obviously that was lie. She then had the audacity to insult and say that my dog was a mix ANYWAYS! Never coming here again and I would recommend everyone the same. Do not bring your dog here ever! My friend brung her dog her not only was the grooming horrible but her dog caught parvovirus from a muzzle that they used that most likely got used on every dog the dog had fleas as well when she left the pet shop and the dog died 2 or 3 days later I also heard about another family's dog dying. I took my Maltese here to be groomed; Trying to save a buck & support local business, but it was a FAIL!! I had hope since I explained how I wanted him & they seemed to understand. There were no other dogs being groomed so they said it would only take 1.5hrs. That was good because I had to go to work. I left him there & came back 2hrs later. My dog still wasn't ready!! It's not like they had a full house or anything. I stayed there & waited & when my dog came out he was SHAVED!!! I never said I wanted him shaved at all & his ears were cut uneven, his nails were blunt & jagged. I could tell they hurt because he kept licking them. My dog was horrified. He was shaking when they brought him to me. & he's used to being groomed so idk what they did to him. I almost cried in the pet shop he looked so bad. I saved them from hearing my gripe because I didn't feel like getting that upset. They obviously had NO clue how to groom dogs & I will never go back there!!!! I couldn't even recognize my dog & I can tell he's unhappy too. Do not take your dog here to be groomed. Especially if you have an expensive toy dog like me.
