Veterinary Technician (Joy) was helpful and gentle with the dog - she had to lift and carry him and he's 11 plus kilograms or 25 pounds. Staff (Sara) also helpful in explaining the breakdown of fees and the process for the cremation after. The office uses cash free payment and can print or email your receipt. In The end, this was best for our dog, he was unable to walk on his own and stopped eating just days prior. The whole procedure went smoothly and he passed without struggling.
