I also told them my dog was reactive especially after being attacked to let them know. I told this vet and they just said yes we'll make sure that we can keep the dogs out of sight, I get there and there's many dogs in the waiting room. I wait outside and ask if I should wait in the car or if I can bring them through another entrance and they just said no, I have to waiting in the waiting room with 5 other dogs, so we did but that was already the first red flag. They put us in a room that was extremely dirty and the door couldn't close all the way. Front desk lady comes to explain that we shouldn't be fooled by the name of the vet. I'm thrown off bc I called specifically to ask about their low cost vet and the lady just states the same thing over and over again and I literally just got up and left. Overall not a good exp

They did show up a bit late, but it was worth the wait. I've taken my dog Xica to several groomers in the area and they've done an OK job always given an excuses to why they can cut my dogs hair but not Liz. She did an amazing job! and even put some cute bows on her. Will definitely be bringing my dog back.

Here's a polished, professional review that clearly explains your experience while remaining…read morefactual: Our first encounter was disappointing. I scheduled an early appointment, arrived on time, and waited, but the groomer never showed up or called. When I contacted her, she told me she was on her way to Orange County for her daughter. I had to reschedule, and while she gave me an $8 discount for the inconvenience, it didn't make up for the wasted time. Although she does a good job with the grooming itself, I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment if my dogs are going to be there for eight hours. I scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appointment, and my dogs were the first ones there. Two other dogs arrived after mine, yet when I returned, every dog that came in after mine had already been groomed and gone home while my dogs were still waiting. It felt like appointments weren't being honored and that dogs were being taken in based on preference rather than arrival time. To make matters worse, after this grooming, both of my dogs developed a bacterial infection from the grooming that required a veterinary visit and medication. Between the poor scheduling, excessive wait time, and the health issue that followed, I won't be returning. This version is strong, credible, and focuses on the facts, which tends to carry more weight with potential customers.

I recently found a litter of kittens, and have been bringing them in slowly to get checked and vaccinated. I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone is so welcoming. The vet can be so stressful for our pets, but they always do their best to make it positive experience.

The front office was accommodating when I had to schedule then reschedule for the next day. All of our family was allowed to be with our dog in the examination room from the start until the end. They let us spend as much time as we wanted, respectfully speaking quietly and giving us space. Dr. Lee was very considerate in going over our decision, taking the time to give us the step by step actions for the procedure. Veterinary Technician (Joy) was helpful and gentle with the dog - she had to lift and carry him and he's 11 plus kilograms or 25 pounds. Staff (Sara) also helpful in explaining the breakdown of fees and the process for the cremation after. The office uses cash free payment and can print or email your receipt. In The end, this was best for our dog, he was unable to walk on his own and stopped eating just days prior. The whole procedure went smoothly and he passed without struggling. The office also accepted his partial and open dry dog food, we also left behind his pillow and blankets. I hope that these will be useful for other animals.

Now that she's healed I wanted to get her groomed ASAP since she was really bad and our other dog's groomer was booked till the end of the month. I called and she offered and appointment the next day I texted her pics of our dog she offered two different times 12:30pm & 2:00pm, I agree to 2pm she calls and texts the next day to confirm for 12:30pm???? But ok!! I rushed out of work to make it ASAP cause she mentioned she had personal business to take care and wanted to close early. That should have been the a red flag. I understand accidents happen but she has no excuse she rushed through it, our dog wasn't aggressive at all she test the clippers on her skin while we were there and she didn't even move. I also wasn't expecting the best haircut since she was matted but I could have done a better job with out CUTTING, & BURNING our poor dog that's already been through so much in her life. I didn't mind paying for nice decent job but I paid $100 for this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OUR DOG was put through. Btw I don't even think she bathed her in just 1hour, I feel guilty for not reading the reviews throughly. Take your chance.
