Absolutely the Worst Limo Experience Ever…read more I rarely leave reviews, but this was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We hired this company for what was supposed to be a special night, and it turned into a complete disaster. The limo arrived 45 minutes late with no apology or explanation. When it finally showed up, the vehicle looked nothing like the photos--old, dirty, and smelled strongly of mildew and something worse. The driver was rude, completely unprofessional, and didn't even know the route. We had to use my phone's GPS to guide him! On top of that, the "fully stocked bar" they advertised consisted of a couple of warm bottles of water and nothing else. Not even ice. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and we were sweating in our formal wear the entire time. When I called to complain the next day, I was met with defensiveness and zero accountability. No partial refund. No sincere apology. Just excuses. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of other options--literally anyone would be better than this. Close this Bum business down
