Bought a Groupon for round trip service. Called to make a reservation and the girl was very short with me and said they no longer do business with Groupon. Had to call Groupon to get a refund, and the woman said that they have had multiple complaints from Harris. Avoid these jokers. I wouldn't buy the Yelp deal because they seem to be very untrustworthy. read more

Initially a little disappointed, but ended up being a great experience. I was quoted a price of $499, for the first 6 hours of our night out. When I called to confirm on the e-mail confirmation I never received I was told someone messed up, and that the price was supposed to be $699. I kept hearing that they were sorry, but this is the price. Then a week before everything went down I spoke with the manager, and she was very fair, and we came to a reasonable price. Wasn't what I was quoted, but I'm a reasonable guy, and it was still overall a good deal. The experience itself was great. Our driver was Jason. One of us couldn't get into the club, and Jason drove him home no problem, there was a lighting issue with the limo, Jason switched out the limo. He also picked up ice for us at the store for our drinks. He was there when we needed him, and most importantly a great driver. Overall a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them. read more

Avoid! I purchased a Groupon that stated, "Round-Trip Airport Transportation for up to 4 Passengers in an SUV to either Boston Logan or Manchester NH (a $320 value)". This was about 7 months ago, and the groupon still had 4 months of validity on it. I called to utilize the Groupon and the representative kept arguing with me: 1) The Groupon you purchased was not for an SUV, only for a town car. 2) We can only take 3 passengers max, not 4 3) And, we can only go to Boston Logan and not Manchester NH. She then did some more research and realized that what she was reading was from the newly issued Groupons (which I didn't have)... Mine was one of the older ones, but still valid for several more months. She then goes on to tell me that Harris was losing to much money so they can't honor my Groupon! I was flabbergasted. So, I called up Groupon customer service and told them the whole story. They gladly refunded my money. Talk about bad customer service, ill will, and breaking contractual committments. I would avoid this company at all costs. read more

I saw the LivingSocial deal and with a trip to Vegas in my near future, I jumped on it. I lived outside their service coverage area, so I arranged to get picked up at my office. The driver to the airport was early, but waited patiently until I got to the office. Outside of a few more "colorful" opinions (and language) on my drive in, the ride was uneventful. My ride home earned the rating upgrade...and the effort to even bother writing a review. I had an "Undercover Boss" experience. Jason, the owner picked me up. I had never met him prior to then, so I had no way of knowing I had the owner in my car. He uses a 'nickname' while driving. Jason is awesome - he takes customer service seriously and truly values his business. He goes out and does client runs to make sure we, the clients, are having a good experience. He says even the 'bad reviews' are good for him - they pinpoint areas where he needs to improve and can address them. (That being said, I'm sure my first driver has already had a 'talking to' about his language.) He genuinely cares about his business and is dedicated to delivering a great service to his customers. I try to support small, local businesses ...and this one is highly worthy of the support. read more

Bought a groupon for Harris Limo to pick me up at the airport at 8:30pm. Once I boarded the plane I found out we were arriving an hour early. I called Harris from the plane to give them the heads up. The lady on the phone told me they track the flight & I wouldn't have a problem. Once I landed, I called Harris as instructed. They told me my driver would pick me up at depatures at Terminal E. I found this strange. I had to call Harris multiple times because my driver was no where to be found & each time I confirmed the pick up location with the lady on the phone. Needless to say my driver called me and I was in the wrong pick up location. Harris limo has no clue what they are doing. I have taken a car service my husband uses and have never had a problem. Wish I never bought the groupon! read more

I'm writing this review because Harris ;made a mistake. I called them out on it and they have made it right. It began with a limo for a prom. The driver was late (at the wrong location), didn't open the door for the ladies, brought the kids to the wrong place, had to be told where pictures were being taken, and just didn't give a damn! I called immediately and spoke with Kim (she got an ear full). I called and spoke with Chris. He felt bad with lots of sorry's. That didn't do it for me. Those kids spent a lot of money for that limo to enjoy their senior prom. They can't get that time back. I had Chris speak to Jason (owner) to make it right. Today I got a phone call saying they would take the kids out again to make it right. I felt that was acceptable. So, for you people who are complaining about this service try to work with the people. I've used this service before and never had a problem. Jason screens his drivers and takes pride in the way they look and service the clients. I wasn't worried about the driver being drunk as Jason checks their backgrounds and will fire on the spot if there is an issue. Thank you to Chris and Jason for making Westford Academy seniors happy! read more

While I don't have any experience riding with this company I can tell you a bit about their driving and regard for others safety. I was tailgated by one of their cars on my motorcycle for about 1 mile. I was probably doing 35 in a 30 but apparently this wasn't fast enough for the driver. I was then passed by the car in a no passing zone, the white caddy had a very large Harris Limo sticker in the rear window, you have to be pretty stupid to drive like a moron with a company logo clearly advertised. The plate on the car was JASONC, which I believe may be the owner of the company, great representation of your company buddy. The driver then proceeded to pass another car in a very dangerous no passing zone and then take a dangerous illegal left turn because he was traveling too fast and missed the correct turn. From my little experience with them and the other reviews I have read I would stay away from this company and go with a car service that cares a bit more about their customers and the safety of others on the road. read more

Set them up to take my family to the airport & pick us up. No show. Called them time and again, they didn't even bother to answer (got only VM which I left, and they never bothered to call back). 30 minutes (after the agreed time), I drove to the Airport. On the way back, I arrived home (1 hour AFTER the flight landed) THEN a lady calls my home to let me know they are waiting for us at the airport. When I asked why they did not pick us up at home, the lady simply hung up... Terrible service, terrible customer service, and worse of all, they do not care. read more

Awful!!!! My friend booked a limo for 10 of us to ride to providence to a club for his birthday. The limo was supposed to arrive at 9pm. At 9:30 he got a call from Harris saying the driver had been in an accident on the highway. Okay - sorry to hear that. The problem was they didn't have any back up drivers to bring us to our destination. 10 of is sitting outside all dressed up waiting to go and there was "nothing they could do" also no manager even called to apologize! How unprofessional. read more

I have to say that this company is by far the worst in customer service. I called and spoke to a couple of people at Harris, one of who sounded drunk every time I called. After sending information on a wedding I waited almost a week before I had to call back to follow up and then it was another couple days before I got a response. When I called to book the reservation I was told that they would call me back to book the limo....no call back at all! The customer service and follow up is not there at all, they all seem to make you feel like you are bothering them or putting them out. I recommended them to another friend who was getting married and when they called they got the same response and lacked any kind of customer service. They as well as I have given our business to another company. read more

Horrible. Showed up 1/2 hour late for our 5:30 am pickup and it was snowing heavily - almost missed our flight. Return trip, showed up nearly 1 1/2 hours late - it was midnight and we had a small child with us. 3 phone calls to the office, each time the woman told us "the driver is 10 minutes away". REALLY? On the plus side, the drivers are super nice and apologetic for this issues, but the office is useless and overbooks every pickup. I feel sorry for the drivers. read more

Harris limousine AKA JACOB'S LIMOUSINE. Pure filth so they have changed their name to catch the public out. You may have noticed that HArris limousine do not have great reviews. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and DO NOT use this service even as tempting as the vouchers may seem. It's no wonder they need to sell vouchers to keep their business going. And yes they are calling themselves Jacob's limousine on Groupon now. You will notice the UNPROFESSIONALISM the minute you call the office and the hag that answers the phone says 'Can i call u back? I have a customer in my mouth oh sorry in my office' She NEVER bothers to call back by the way, just for those of you who may sit and wait! They are tardy when they do show up so you better not book them when you are going anywhere important. Even when you confirm your return journey MORE THAN ONCE they still fail to shoe up leaving you stranded at the airport in the wee hours of the morning when there aren't even taxis in sight. Right from the people answering the phones straight up tp the owner,Jacob, NONW OF THEM HAVE ANY MANNERS! PURE LOW CLASSED TRASH running this establishment so you know to expect rubbish service (pun intended of course!) Never again will i be caught out by this! When it seems too good to be true,IT IS!! So don't say you haven't been warned cuz i have just given each and every one of you ample warning. If you have a fetish for dealing with filth though, this is the place for you! read more

Update - I did not receive any compensation, nor a call back. I wrote a letter requesting compensation and have not heard back on that either. Do not use, very unprofessional!! read more

NEVER SHOWED UP! Never call to apologize. We almost lost our flight. When I call to know what happened, the woman on the phone (not professional at all), just told me the driver never woke up... really??? I do not recommend their service to anyone. read more

I used them for round trip trans. to Logan. They arrived on time at my home and were waiting for me at Logan. The cars are nice and clean. read more

Unreliable liars. We booked round trip service for a flight out of Logan. The ride down was fine. It was a 3 AM pickup so we were impressed they were early and it worked out fine. The way home was a different story. We were supposed to get picked up at 5:30 PM on a Sunday evening. Of course the driver is no where to be found. We call and get voice mail. We call again and are told our driver Jessica is stuck in traffic, implying an imminent arrival. Yet another call is placed 30 minutes later. We get put on hold for 5 minutes, told they'll get an ETA and call back in 2 minutes. 16 minutes pass w/ no call, so we call again and are told 3 drivers are stuck in traffic but we can get the first one that arrives. Finally our originally scheduled driver Jessica 7:15 shows up. She immediately apologizes because she was double booked for Braintree at 5:15. There was no "traffic" as the dispatcher lied about several times. Come on, it was Sunday evening- the easiest traffic time of the week- so it was an obvious lie. The driver had hip hop music blasting and a child seat in the back (there were 4 of us and no children), adding to our annoyance. Not sure why we had to ask for the blaring, obnoxious music to be turned down, but we did and she complied. The worst part is, if they had just been honest and said we accidentally overbooked, i would have gotten a beer instead of waiting in the cold stewing about their crappy service. Now, I will never use them again. Additionally, they couldn't be bothered to return any calls about this in the last 2 weeks. As others have said- LOW CLASS. Avoid. read more

I wanted to let you know that my experience with Harris Limousine was outstanding - from the attention to detail by Amanda and Abigail to ensure the vehicles were on time, to the professional customer service from Rich and Leighton who drove us to and from the airport for a special long weekend trip, everything was flawless. I would highly recommend Harris Limousine for any personal or business transportation need. The vehicles were spotless, on time, well driven, and the office did everything in their power to ensure we did not need to worry. From the moment we left our home at 4 a.m. Friday morning, until we returned at 1 a.m. early Monday, we were well cared for by the staff of Harris Limousine. read more

Terrible. Used them once through Social Living. Not so Great. Could complain more about that, but my real issue is. I called them to see if they would be running the same special in the future. I figured it was cheap and you get what you pay for..right? WELL, when I called them a woman who answered the phone had expained to me that they could give me the same deal. "I can do that for you" I said great. Gave her my card info, made the reservation for a pick up and drop off to Logan Airport. Then I get a call about an hour later from another woman and she said they can not do that and that the other girl made a mistake. I proceeded to say "well that's not my mistake & it should be honored" She then became very rude and defensive. I used another Limo service in the area & paid a little more. I refused to give Harris my business. When I explained to the other company what had happened, they knew exactly who I was talking about. I would not recommend them!! read more

2/19/2013 Used Harris Limousine or I should say booked a service from Salem NH to Logan for Sat 2-9-13 we had a storm and our flight was cancelled. I got a new flight for Sunday morning and called Harris to rebook a new time talked to a guy said I was allset for Sunday pickup at 5:30 AM guess what they never showed up! THe bad part of this I called their phone number to see if the driver was lost or if was running late? No one picked up I could not leave a voice mail because it was full ! How can you run a Limo service with no emergency contact number or if you call the main number it can get forwarded to person that will pickup I did not have a good feeling when I booked this and yes I should not have booked it they sounded so Mickey Mouse when I was booking and rude was talking to the office manager a girl sounded like she hated her job had no people skills what soever Groupon refunded me but, what about me and 3 other people trying to figure out how to get to airport BEWARE OF HARRIS LIMOUSINE THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN THE LIMO SERVICE. read more

I bought a groupon for Harris Limousine and then I read the Yelp reviews and wondered if I made a mistake. I didn't. Their service from booking the transportation to the round trip from Logan was professional, courteous, and prompt. My trip included an early morning pick-up- 4:00 am for departure, and arriving at Logan during rush hour on the return. Both Drivers were there when they were suppose to be, personable and good drivers. Their service made the whole trip less stressful and I would definitely use them again. Thanks! read more

Harris Limousine has successfully delivered the worst service I have every experienced! We used Harris to get to and from Logan airport last fall. We had a 4AM pickup that they did not show up for until we called several times. Once at the airport, we were dropped off at the wrong terminal (we didn't realize until we checked in and were told to go back to another terminal). On the way home from our trip we called Harris from our stopover to let them know we were on time and to verify flight info and arrival gate. We got to Logan and called Harris. They said to go upstairs. There was no car!!! After several calls to Harris and a long wait in the cold, a sedan showed up for 4 people. The driver had been sent to the wrong terminal to pick us up and the car was way too small. We had to hold our luggage on our laps! We have used Harris in the past and it was fine. I don't know what happened but I would NEVER use them again and I will recommend to anyone who will listen to avoid Harris Limousine like the plague!!! read more

I purchased a Groupon for a roundtrip to Logan and it stated that they would provide service within a 25 mile radius from Logan. They even stated in the Q&A that they would provide service to Quincy. When I called to book a pickup, they told me I would have to call Groupon to receive a refund because Quincy isn't in the pickup zone. They said that they would honor the Groupon price that I paid and told me that the Groupon was only provided within the Lowell area. So that was a little strange but that didn't matter. The day before my flight, a woman called to confirm pickup time and location and told me that gratuity is usually 20% and that it should be for retail price of the cost and not the Groupon cost. I'm like whatever, I'll tip based on what I feel like tipping. I ended up tipping $15 each way. Had a woman pick us up in an older silver Towncar but it was ok and not filthy. I had an issue on the pick up at Logan. Went to terminal E where the limo stands were and couldn't find our limo driver. Called to see where they were and they tell me he's 5-10 mins away. Pickup was suppose to be at 5:45pm (when we landed) but with picking up the bag and walking all the way to Terminal E, they still weren't there when I arrived at 6:15. I guess I was one of the lucky ones who didn't have to wait TOO long or having them not show up at all. I'm not sure if I'll use them again. Taxi service would be around the price as a Groupon but at least I know I won't be waiting or being late to catch a flight. read more

Will never use Harris Limo again! Had an early-morning pickup. When our pick-up time came and they weren't there, we called and were told driver had a flat tire and someone would be there. 15 minutes later we called to ask when we could expect the car and were told half an hour. (We wondered when they were going to call and tell us they were late if we hadn't called.) Seeing as there was no way we would have made our flight, we cancelled everything and jumped into our car and sped to the airport where we parked in the parking garage. We ran into the airport, checked in, got through security and made it to our terminal without much time to spare. Don't need this kind of stress on a travel day. We ended up paying double the amount we would have paid with Harris. To add insult to injury, they charged us for a round trip ride to the airport. Each time I called requesting a credit for this charge, they promised they would do it right away but never did. It wasn't until I called our credit card company and they contacted Harris that we finally got our credit. Up until this experience, we never had a problem with Harris; however, after this experience, I would never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone we know. read more
