They were very responsive when I requested a quote, and even months later when my husband decided he also wanted to book a limo the staff was very easy to work with. They even suggested that he modify my original booking, instead of booking an entirely separate limo ride, to save money. On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! And we were able to safely bring my dress, 8 dozen (!) cupcakes for the wedding, and all the flowers without any issue and plenty of room to spare on the Mini Coach.

We reserved the 56 passenger bus for our wedding. The day before our wedding at 10:25 am they let…read moreus know that was no longer an option (apparently due to their driver having Covid) and offered two 14- passengers busses instead. This clearly made us worried about the logistics as the new 28 persons volume was only half the original 56 persons capacity. Sure enough, the second bus arrived 12 minutes late to the ceremony start time at 5:00pm forcing us to push back the ceremony. In the subsequent correspondence with management, they refused to acknowledge this delay and instead told us they were only 1 minute late (arriving at 5:01 pm). However, I had time stamped photos of me waiting with my bridesmaids from later (5:05-5:10 pm) as evidence that in fact, no, they were not there by 5:01 pm as they falsely claimed. Moreover, management refused any means of reconciliatory compensation for the lower volume vehicle transport and the tardiness to the ceremony. Overall very unprofessional and would not recommended this business.

After confirming, collecting deposits, and exchanging dozens of emails, they pulled out just weeks before our first scheduled trip, citing insurance costs. Proceed with extreme caution if reliability matters to you.

They will claim you didn't leave them 6 voicemails to the number they never pick up on or send them a half dozen emails to the email address listed on their site that they apparently never check asking them to cancel.   These are not last minute changes - these are REPEATED emails and voicemails a FULL WEEK in advance of the trip in question. The funniest thing about this experience is that they never came to pick us up for the trip TO the airport for the trip we canceled (Correctly, because we had called and emailed them cancelling it) but they f**ed up their internal communications and somehow still drove to the airport to pick us up from our phantom trip that never happened.   So the natural question that we asked them when they charged us for this was how it was possible for them to know not to come take us to the airport if they never received our cancellation notice. The guy answering the phone apparently couldn't wrap his head around how this didn't make any sense and told us to F off.   Long story short, be prepared to file a chargeback with your credit card company against these d-bags, as that is what we will be doing. We gave them multiple opportunities to correct this and they were absolute d*cks about it every single time. This was even more disappointing and puzzling considering we were repeat customers.
