We used this service a while back. The driver was pleasant and on time. The ride to the airport was…read morefine. The main complaint is that the vehicle was too small for comfort. We were a party of four, each with a large suitcase and a smaller bag. It was a ten day trip. The car they sent was a mid-sized crossover vehicle (Toyota Venza). The luggage barely fit and the rear seat passengers (3) were very cramped. The return trip from airport we had a different driver, same car. Driver could not fit all the luggage. We had to hold a couple of the smaller bags in our laps. We were also charged an additional fee because the driver claimed he had to wait because we told him the wrong pick up time, which was not true. A good tip would be to confirm the type of vehicle ahead of time.
