We used this service a while back. The driver was pleasant and on time. The ride to the airport was…read morefine. The main complaint is that the vehicle was too small for comfort. We were a party of four, each with a large suitcase and a smaller bag. It was a ten day trip. The car they sent was a mid-sized crossover vehicle (Toyota Venza). The luggage barely fit and the rear seat passengers (3) were very cramped. The return trip from airport we had a different driver, same car. Driver could not fit all the luggage. We had to hold a couple of the smaller bags in our laps. We were also charged an additional fee because the driver claimed he had to wait because we told him the wrong pick up time, which was not true. A good tip would be to confirm the type of vehicle ahead of time.

Not in the Elon Musk sense but they really need to shut this down or revamp restructure and assess all the driving companies that they hired out review them and get rid of the ones that don't show up to pick up people who need to get to the hospital. It would be worth it not to have the service for a while and pay for Lyft until they restructure the whole thing, but this is horrible.-people need to petition for this. Shut it down, restructure and open under new management, and background check the drivers and the individual transportation companies, because this is not right. Tax dollars shouldn't be spent for this if they can't come through and deliver for people in need.
