The professionalism of the drive to the airport left a little to be desired, however, he did get me there and for that I won't complain much. My issue is with my return trip. I arrived at Logan at Midnight, went to the limo lot; no one there to meet me. Waited a few minutes and called the after hours/emergency number. Of course no answer, message says they'll get back to me shortly. So here I am, single female stuck at the airport in the middle of the night. With an hour and half ride home and no way to get there. So after no one shows up, no one calls me back...I do manage to get home, ended up using Uber. (Very thankful this service is now available) The following day, I finally get in touch with Peter at North Central Coach and Cab. I do get apologies and an offer to send me a check to refund my trip and an offer of an on the house ride next time. Of course that was the last I've heard from them. No check, no credit card return. Now I'm disputing with my credit card company. Do not use this service. If you do, you will be disappointed.

I am making an exception for this company. I cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with this company. A large group of people (around 50+) booked a bus months in advance to go on a really exciting ski trip that everyone has been looking forward months for. The company cancelled on us last minute and I thought "well things happen, what a shame though." Luckily there was another ski trip planed a little more than a month away (the bus being already booked). This time, HOURS before the bus was suppose to leave to pick us up, the company cancelled on us again. This was a trip that over 50 people who spent over $100 on supplies/lift tickets had to now cancel twice because this company cancels on us last minute. This company is absolutely inexcusable and I have never been more disappointed because of irresponsibility before. The worst of all, despite how this company cancelled literally hours before the were suppose to come, they didn't even appear apologetic about it either.
