I called to schedule a ride for my wife to the train station in Littleton (under 2 miles). I was quoted a price of $20 (which seemed high, but was in line with what other taxi companies were quoting) and told I would get a phone call to confirm a day or two before. When we never got a call, my wife called to inquire. The man had no recollection of me making a reservation at first, but later in the call "remembered." He told my wife he would pick her up at 5:20am to make the 5:40am train. He gave her an alternate number to call that morning to get a hold of the driver directly. He also tried to raise the rate to $25. The next morning, nobody showed up, nobodycalled, nobody picked up the phone at either phone number. My wife missed her train, was left stranded, and ended up having to drive into town and park at Alewife garage (she was going out of town and wanted to leave her car parked at home- that didn't end up working out). This "company" seems like little more than a guy with a cell phone and a car. They lost any future business we may have considered with them. BOTTOM LINE: OVERPRICED, UNRELIABLE, NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

The professionalism of the drive to the airport left a little to be desired, however, he did get me there and for that I won't complain much. My issue is with my return trip. I arrived at Logan at Midnight, went to the limo lot; no one there to meet me. Waited a few minutes and called the after hours/emergency number. Of course no answer, message says they'll get back to me shortly. So here I am, single female stuck at the airport in the middle of the night. With an hour and half ride home and no way to get there. So after no one shows up, no one calls me back...I do manage to get home, ended up using Uber. (Very thankful this service is now available) The following day, I finally get in touch with Peter at North Central Coach and Cab. I do get apologies and an offer to send me a check to refund my trip and an offer of an on the house ride next time. Of course that was the last I've heard from them. No check, no credit card return. Now I'm disputing with my credit card company. Do not use this service. If you do, you will be disappointed.

A large group of people (around 50+) booked a bus months in advance to go on a really exciting ski trip that everyone has been looking forward months for. The company cancelled on us last minute and I thought "well things happen, what a shame though." Luckily there was another ski trip planed a little more than a month away (the bus being already booked). This time, HOURS before the bus was suppose to leave to pick us up, the company cancelled on us again. This was a trip that over 50 people who spent over $100 on supplies/lift tickets had to now cancel twice because this company cancels on us last minute. This company is absolutely inexcusable and I have never been more disappointed because of irresponsibility before. The worst of all, despite how this company cancelled literally hours before the were suppose to come, they didn't even appear apologetic about it either. He is always prompt (or early), the cara are clean and he is a nice person. Once our flight was very late and my child was starving. He actually asked us if we wanted to stop at a drive through to get something for my child. But the most outstanding experience happened today. Our flight from Boston to EWR was delayed to the point that we would not be able to make our international connection. Without hesitation, when he picked us up he said "well we will just drive to Newark then." He is truly a lifesaver and really cares about his customers. I travel a lot and can highly recommend him.

They were very responsive when I requested a quote, and even months later when my husband decided he also wanted to book a limo the staff was very easy to work with. They even suggested that he modify my original booking, instead of booking an entirely separate limo ride, to save money. On the day of, JoAnne was right on time to pick the bridesmaids up for the first trip to the venue, and I got a text message with the license plate and a photo of the driver to tell me that she had arrived which was very helpful. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves! And we were able to safely bring my dress, 8 dozen (!) cupcakes for the wedding, and all the flowers without any issue and plenty of room to spare on the Mini Coach.
