I reached out to ML Transit to charter a bus for a small function. I had elderly guests that required special accommodations. I asked if I could see my options by going there in person, as I work right around the corner, the woman on the phone pleasantly said yes. When I arrived I pulled into a large half empty parking lot. I was looking at the busses that were parked WAAAAAAAY on the other side and was approached by a huge man screaming "Hey hey where do you think you're going?" I turned to tell him, but the woman who answered the phone was running over panicked to tell him I had an appointment. He continued his belligerent angry verbal assaults towards her at this point saying "Why the F are you letting people come here with all this covid". It was incredible. I have never heard or seen such a display of disrespect and abuse from what I now know is the OWNER! She quickly rushed me onto a couple of busses, trembling, and then off the lot and told me she would call me in an hour to set up the rate for my accommodations. I felt so bad for her she was clearly scared. An hour later she called just as she said she would. I told her I would not be doing business with ML Transit because of the unprofessional display I witnessed. Apparently, I must have been on speaker because the big goon starts screaming and calling me names over the telephone. I was called a "F*ggot and a N*gg..." of which I am neither. Then threatened with physical abuse. That sort of aggression should be treated with medication pal.. Its no wonder you dont have many busses, you accost your customers!! I recently hired M & L Transit Systems Inc. to provide transportation for my wedding guests. Shuttle service was required to and from our church and reception. Our driver Sam was incredible!! The bus was beautiful, the office staff was very nice and things could not have gone better. Even with traffic and weather delays, Sam remained calm, pleasant and made our special day even more special!! My guests and I were really impressed by the service we received. Transportation is one of the most important details to a wedding, if it doesn't go exactly to plan then people will either miss your wedding or not make it back at the end of the night. This place is AWESOME!! Will never go anywhere else. I booked a late 24 person bus Friday night for a Saturday wedding (just guests) and Lisa made it happen within one hour! Can't say enough about the team I recently worked with coordinating a company outing to Fenway. Game scheduled for Tuesday Sept 25 postponed to Wednesday Sept 26, due to rain. Contacted Lisa and she jumped into action, had a bus available on Wednesday to bring the group to Fenway. Paul our driver was awesome and we were able to invite him to join us at the game. We booked M&L Transit for a company meeting in July 2013. They were great! We were a last minute booking and they took great care of us! The driver was early and we had a super nice bus --- I'd call it a limo! Everyone had a super time! And, even though traffic into Boston was a nightmare during rush hour, our driver went backroads so we could get downtown in time for our reservation. I would definitely use them again! read more
