The staff really knows how to make her look her best! What I appreciate most is how professional, friendly, and kind everyone is with the dogs. They communicate with me throughout the process, which gives me peace of mind knowing Luna is in good hands. I also love that the dogs get to hang out together while waiting for their turn to be groomed. It creates such a relaxed and welcoming environment! The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent, and the staff genuinely cares about the dogs they groom. It's wonderful to find a place that combines quality grooming with such great customer service. Thank you, Doggie Dos, for always taking such great care of Luna! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable groomer for their furry family members!

AMAZING! It will be difficult to put into words how much I appreciate Nicole and her pet services…read more I am the type of person that worries about everything and makes lists and keeps everything organized. Well, it turns out, so is Nicole!! She made sure she knew everything needed for all 4 of my pets (two cats and two dogs) prior to me going on vacation. I was gone for 10 days, and she sent updates each time she visited along with pictures of all the pets. I opted for the twice a day for 45 minutes and it was worth every penny. I have never gone away and felt completely relaxed until now. After the first visit I was sold, she is my go-to person for pet sitting. She made sure all of them were well cared for and loved while I was away. She is wonderful at communication; payments can be made online and there is a super easy to use app that is used for everything. Now I will go on more vacations because I know my fur babies are in good hands! Thank you Nicole! Here are some of the pictures she sent (too cute)!

We have arranged our first meet and greet in just a couple of days. Nicole has been extremely professional and quick to respond. Her website is incredibly beautiful and easy to book. As a business owner myself, I appreciate the clear and fast communication. I look forward to working with Nicole for my upcoming Vegas wedding and for many future needs. I personally have not been able to take a vacation in 10 years, and I am very much looking forward to this relationship and friendship. Thank you Nicole!!

What a nightmare! We took our dog here for a two day stay and I'm wondering if he will ever forgive…read moreus for it. Upon checking into the "hotel" we requested to see the area he would be staying in. His "hotel" room wasn't the greatest digs but it was clean and dry. As we were filling out the paper work for him to stay the lady must have asked us 4 times if they were responsible for feeding him while there. Seriously! I started to wonder then if he was going to even get fed for the next two days. I dismissed the horrible feeling and chalked it up to separation anxiety since I had never left my dog with a stranger or a "hotel" before. The part that disgusts me the most is when we returned to pick him up neither the same woman who checked us in nor the teenage boy who brought him out said anything about our dog being injured. As we were walking him to the car we noticed he was limping on his back leg. We immediately went back inside and asked why he was limping. The lady never really said much but the boy said our dog got his foot caught in the door as he was bringing him out and he was only bleeding a little. I looked at this punk kid and the lady and said "A little! Why on earth would you even think about letting us walk out the door and not even mention the fact that my dog just got injured in your facility only a matter of mere minutes ago!!" NEVER AGAIN! Would we even dream of taking our dog here!!!

But this week when I tried to call for a reservation 3 days in a row there is no answer on the phone. Has the La Mesa pet hotel closed? When we drove by the sign with the business hours on the door was gone? Do we need to look for somewhere else to board our dogs when we're out of town?

She makes sure that she is prepared for anything and everything, and documents it all with detailed notes and a checklist for your account. This is a comfort to moms and dads leaving their fur babies behind! My adorable cat Sadie is amazing to me, but not so much to strangers. However, Christine was able to work her magic to get Sadie engaged every day while we were on vacation. It is a huge relief to know that while we are gone, she isn't hiding and sleeping 24/7, sad and depressed. Sadie played with Christine, ate her wet food daily, and posed for photos to send to mom;-). Not only do I feel that Sadie was in great hands, but Christine went above and beyond to help with a few items around the house such as grabbing mail, cleaning up after Sadie's bulimic tendencies, and perhaps most importantly, feeding the outdoor cat "Blue" that we've semi-adopted in the last few months. And not only did we get daily photos and texts to update us on Sadie, we also got a few updates and photos on Blue, too! I love traveling but hate leaving Sadie. Finding Christine makes leaving my baby at home a little bit easier. Thank you, Christine!

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.

Having Jeremy as our Wedding Chaperone was amazing!…read more We have two large dogs who many describe as "hard to handle, quirky and different". This always makes me nervous when choosing anyone to work with them. Jeremy is actually the only person I am comfortable choosing when it comes to caring for my dogs. Especially my older dog who displays reactive behavior while on leash. Jeremy knows exactly how to handle my dogs, and keeps them calm and happy! This is why it was an easy choice to ask him to act as our Wedding Chaperone for the dogs on our wedding day! The dogs had a big job of walking down the aisle and I was so nervous how they would react before and after the ceremony. Because of his help they did AMAZING! What made this service so special is that 1) Jeremy is very professional and thoughtful and came dressed ceremony ready. 2) He took a lot of time and was very intentional about making sure the dogs were comfortable. 3) He made sure the dogs had everything they needed at all times! He even called ahead of time asking if he should print a pop up tent to shield them from the sun! So so thoughtful! 4) He was a lifesaver during family photos and helped get the dogs posed!! An IMPOSSIBLE task! But he made it happen! 5) When it was time to say goodbye he reviewed the dog's nighttime routine with us and I knew they were in great hands! So I could relax for the rest of my wedding! He brought them home, walked them, fed them and kept us up to date on everything we needed to know! In summary, Jeremy really helped make this day special for us. We couldn't have picked a better person to care for our dogs and make the dream of the dogs being present a reality!! For anyone who wants to involve their dogs in their special day or any other special events, I highly recommend using him for your event! It gives you the peace of mind to enjoy yourself while knowing your precious cargo is well cared for! Prices were fair, communication is outstanding, response time is prompt! And quality of care is unmatched! I'm a VERY happy dog mom!
