Both their standard menu and their special menu (think seasonal) are located next to the window. So far, I have had their drip coffee and their cold brew and find both to be smooth and tasty. As for parking, their a few spots located upfront otherwise there's a limited amount of street parking in the area. Lastly, the only seating available is the patio which is just to the left of the window where orders are placed. Part of it is covered and has ceiling fans. Overall, I enjoy Surefire and will definitely visit again whenever I'm in the area.

Unfortunately, I did not get to experience the previous iteration of the space but I thoroughly appreciate the current setup. Upon arrival, it feels as if one is entering someone's home. Out front, there is an awesome porch area that contains a few table/chair combos for outdoor seating and once inside, the space is very inviting and welcoming. The backside of the space contains a large wood deck full of table/chair combos (plus umbrellas) which depending on the weather, is a perfect place for sitting outside, enjoying a beverage of choice while getting a little work done. As for food, I have yet to try anything but it consists of lite bites (think charcuterie boards). As for beverages, I am a drip coffee person and they have a good one. When wanting something a little more than coffee, I highly recommend their espresso martini. For me, it's top 2 of the best that I have ever had. Lastly, the staff is great!!! They are always friendly and just add to the vibe of the place. Neighborlily is always a must stop for me whenever I'm in the area. If you find yourself in the area, it should be a must stop for you too.

Absolutely worth the drive! I came specifically to try the seasonal fig drink and ended up ordering…read morethe breakfast tacos too. Both were great. The coffee was really well balanced--not overly sweet or overwhelmingly fig-forward, with a nice nutty flavor to it. But the cream cheese cold foam was probably my favorite part. It might honestly be one of the best cold foams I've had, especially texture-wise. It's thick, creamy, and actually holds up instead of disappearing into the drink after a few minutes. It also isn't overly sweet or heavy, and when it mixes into the espresso, it actually adds to the drink instead of just sitting on top. The crushed pistachios were such a good addition too! I almost ordered the avocado toast, but the girls working recommended the breakfast tacos, and I'm glad I listened. These are NOT two tiny little breakfast tacos! They're huge and very filling, with eggs, bacon, greens, pickled onions, peppers, cheese, and plenty of flavor. The hot sauce on the side has a little heat and a tangy/vinegary flavor that went really well with them. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the space itself was clean and comfortable. There are several tables and booths inside, and the music wasn't blasting, so I was able to sit with my laptop, eat breakfast, and get some work done. There's also a cute outdoor area in front with high-top seating and some space to hang out. Overall, great coffee, substantial food, friendly people, and I already know I'll be thinking about that cold foam again!

If food is ordered, they will provide a number to sit on your table and when ready, the food will be delivered to your table. As stopped through on the morning of travel day, I wanted a light meal that would hold me over so I went with the Breakfast Bowl. For protein, it comes with turkey and I subbed bacon in mine. The bowl was both tasty and filling; add to it, it was on the healthier side which was perfect given it was time for me to clean up and get back to more usual eating habits. Ironically, I did not try their coffee and went with water instead as it was much needed. I will absolutely be back here to try the coffee and check out a few other menu options.

The ambience was pleasant, and I have to say the customer service was very good. There were no other customers at the time, so service was prompt with no wait. Unfortunately, the coffee itself was a major disappointment. We ordered a caramel latte and a vanilla iced coffee, and the two drinks together were a little over $12 (approximately $5.50 each). The iced coffee was served without any option for cream, and the coffee had a noticeably stale, old taste that made it very difficult to enjoy. The drinks were essentially not salvageable, which was disappointing considering coffee was the primary reason for our visit. I'm hoping the café will take this as constructive feedback and consider reviewing the quality and freshness of their coffee. The atmosphere and service have potential, but the actual product needs significant improvement to make the experience worth the price.
