The sub was looking stunning and fresh as to where I couldn't resist any longer and I knew I just had to dig in. The bread was airy and soft with a nice snap back but yet very pillowy. The first thing I noticed was the splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil that coated the sub very well. The finely shredded crisp bright green lettuce and the taste of sweet vine ripe tomatoes made a huge impact on the meal. The pungent red onions and sour dill pickles mingled in the rest of the flavors while the condiments of mayonnaise and mustard added a creamy smooth finish to this masterpiece. Everything tasted great and the quality of the food was suburb and outstanding.
