I popped into Pastry Paradise as I saw it when I was going to 1890 Marketplace. The gentleman working there was quite gracious and kind. The place was clean and organized. I ordered a piece of German Chocolate cake and a piece of Italian Cream cake. The baker had just pulled some Chocolate Chip cookies from the oven, so I added one of those too. The German Chocolate cake was very moist. To my taste, it wasn't very flavorful. The Italian Cream cake wasn't as moist and the frosting was a bit sweet for my taste. I have not yet eaten the Chocolate Chip cooking but it looks great. While I wish I liked the cakes more, I may try other things here.
