The surprise favorite was definitely the mango matcha latte. I'm usually not a matcha person, but this one was actually so good. The mango and matcha paired surprisingly well, and the yellow and green colors looked really pretty too. I also tried the mango cream latte, which I expected to be very mango-heavy, but it was actually pretty balanced. The mango flavor was mild, and I could still taste the coffee, which I appreciated.

This spot (near AT&T Stadium where the Cowboys play) was incredible. The space itself is huge with room outside, downstairs, and upstairs. Seriously, it's massive, yet still has a great coffee shop feel which is great. Our baristas were extremely friendly and when it came to customizing the avocado bread for my gluten free needs, they didn't hesitate. Their gluten free bread was really good which isn't always the case. As for my coffee, I loved it. Great oatmilk and the espresso was on point. We liked it so much, we drove back there the next day with more of our friends and they loved it. If I lived in the area, this would be a strong consideration for my local shop. Well done guys!

We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.

One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. There was also a play area for kids that was well-maintained. Given the quality of food and coffee, I will return if I'm in the area. I don't live near Grand Prairie, so it might be a while.
