The rye bread was just perfect, thin but the flavor was perfect, warm and a nice toast on it, the sauerkraut was beautifully pungent and the corned beef was perfect. This wasn't a massively meaty sandwich and for those with larger appetites, you might need two, but the flavor is INCREDIBLE!!! I am PICKY and brutally honest with food... THIS IS WORTH THE STOP! I paired our Reuben with the onion rings which were BANGIN! Onto the delicious but not quite as spectacular prime rib dip. It was a twist on a French dip. All meat and bread no cheese. During recent visits, the kitchen and counter staff were actively arguing with one another in full view and earshot of customers. Instead of focusing on filling orders accurately, employees were bickering over basic tasks like refilling the lobby machines and taking counter orders. It is completely unprofessional to watch staff treat each other poorly while customers are waiting for food. Furthermore, the communication here is non-existent. Staff members regularly ignore customers standing at the counter or redirect you to someone else who doesn't know what's going on. When management fails to train their team or keep order behind the counter, it creates a hostile environment for everyone in the lobby. The owner or corporate needs to step in immediately, look at the recent afternoon shift dynamics, and completely retrain this crew. Until management learns how to run a shift professionally without public conflict, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
