I spent a couple of 8 hour work days here at Java Joltz last week to get some home work done while home visiting my parents from College for Easter Break. My experience was Great. Service was amazing, music was good. The other customers were kind and engaging. I even got a chance to visit with some men having a theological discussion in Java Joltz's rentable private room. The wifi was fast, and most notably their sandwiches were absolutely AMAZING.... Like wow. Really enjoyed it, would highly recommend it. read more

I've been a long-time customer of Java Joltz. There is a wide selection of books and DVDs, the service has always been excellent, and the coffee is amazing. PLUS there is comfortable seating, a few little table games and an ongoing puzzle, free WiFi, and drive through for the morning commuters. read more

The manager, Kaylan, was rude and didn't even remove the plate from our table. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, we won't be returning. UPDATE: The General Manager Joshua Spell made the matter right with a sincere apology letter and gift card, and reassured us that the manager who attended to the matter that night would be trained on how to handle the situation better in the future. I agreed it was a learning experience and was very grateful for the way Josh made it right. Thank yo adn we will give Fezzo's another shot.
