The black-eyed peas were good, although I personally think white beans would have paired better with the meal. The sweet tea was excellent, and the service was one of the highlights. The person at the counter was friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and my food came out quickly. The atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect from a local mom-and-pop lunch spot; simple, relaxed, and perfect for a quick bite. The burger was a 1/3 lb. double Signature Stack burger with two 100% seasoned beef patties, topped melted Sharp American** and White Cheddar**, Applewood smoked bacon, tomato, onion, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mayo on a soft and toasted bun. The burger was beyond what I expected and tasted fantastic. The burger was made to order, perfectly cooked, and all the ingredients tasted fresh. Bite after bite I felt the crunch of the fresh vegetables and crispiness of the bacon. I love good burgers, and this was one of the best burgers I've eaten in a long time. The fries were warm, had no salt, no flavor, and just not good.
