The dining room was recently renovated to a more open floor plan. There is fast WiFi. Unfortunately that was where the positives end. I ordered a Big Mac extra value meal and two McChicken sandwiches. The order took about ten minutes to come out. In the meantime, I can hear the shift manager trying to get the line cooks to hurry up, but to no avail. The initial presentation of my order looks fine, but upon closer examination the meat looks dried out, and the fried foods didn't taste fresh at all. Another customer who was there at the same time as me also commented same. My first impression when I saw the meat in my Big Mac was "Where's the Beef!?" Regarding the stale-tasting fries and McChicken, the manager admitted that the person who maintains the fryers had quit and there was no one to change out the oil--so they had been using the same cooking oil all weekend!
