Thankfully, when it was remade, it was everything it should have been: hot, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy within, and bursting with flavor -- easily the highlight of the meal. Adding to the frustration, our appetizer, which had been ordered with our drinks, wasn't brought out until we were nearly done eating. That said, if you're fortunate enough to receive your food hot and in a timely manner, the kitchen clearly has the potential to impress. Again, nothing incredibly unique but pretty standard quality Mexican food and options. A few reviews mentioned service, and I wouldn't criticize it honestly. Everyone has been nice, they appear to be slow with taking our order and bringing our food, however, they've been busy every time we've been here, so it would make sense to take a little longer.
