I went to the drive thru and apparently they have ran out of nacho fries and I did not know that. They also did not have a bunch of drinks on the menu and only had Pepsi and were rude when they couldn't hear us through the AI speaker. I messaged one of the girls that worked there to be goofy and tell her they needed to refill them drinks and nacho fries...and she rudely gave me a message saying don't come back then and got her coworker who was also at the window with her to message me and say racist comments ALL WHILE AT WORK it just shows how lovely there service isn't. read more

Came in to have lunch at this tacobell while going to Lake Charles. The employees did not greeted or say anything. First words were "what you want". The employee had an attitude. Such a bad attitude. Also being a vegetarian some of the tacobell charge you when you sub meat to beans. That policy I never understood. So what we do is get the meat on side and beans on our food. Such a waste of food and money and container. That plate of meat is going in garbage. Also the bathroom soap dispenser was broken. Pic attached. However, we spoke to the Manager of this location and she was very understanding and explained the situation. She will also retrain the employees on their attitude. If I could give a one star I would. No soap in bathroom. I told the personnel. Nothing done. They did not give me my drink order. I have to ask for it. My order missing a taco. They made me another one with only half the portion size of the first. None of the sodas has syrup in the machine. Only carbonated water cane out. No one fixed it. Manager said they were completely out. No napkins in the dispenser of the main dining area. I had to ask for napkins and they handed me two and never refilled the dispenser. We arrived to this facility on a Sunday at 11:30 am. Clearly they were not ready for a lunch crowd of 6 people. Other customers in the facility were not happy. Poor management. Lack of teamwork by the rest of the personnel. No one took ownership of their job. read more

Today made the third time in less than a month that our order was not only missing at least one item but also the things we did receive were wrong. When calling the Manager, she let us know very quickly that she was working on fixing things and if we wanted to drive the 20 minutes back in to town she would make our missing items for us. A nice gesture, but who is going to drive another 20 minutes back for the little bit of correct food given to us to be cold and soggy while we wait for the missing items. We arrived here late at night, pulling up to the familiar bell logo with a mixture of apprehension and regret. Looking to spend some time out of our vehicle after a bizarre journey through Texas we were expecting the usual Taco Bell experience, but oh, how we misjudged! As we entered one of the employees was mopping (thoroughly) and all the chairs were placed atop the tables. We asked if they were still serving and we were assured we could sit and lay our burden down, the employee took the time to arrange a table for us as we ordered our feast from another cordial employee. The food was as consistent and filling as Taco Bell ever is but it is truly the customer/server rapport that made this the best and most positively memorable fast food experience we've ever had! When we were leaving we made sure to chime the bell for a job expertly done, and one of the employees took the bell off the wall and proceeded to ring it like a town crier around the spotless restaurant. Stopped here on my trip back home. First of all the girl who took my order was not pleasant and all. When I got to the window she said nothing but my total, I handed her a $10 when she gave my money back she dropped my change on the ground because she was too busy laughing and being childish with her coworkers, she never said sorry or anything... when I got my burrito it was 1/2 the size a grilled stuffed burrito should be... it was with chicken and the chicken was so hard and dark it was next to impossible to chew, the rice was mushy and looked like slop, barely any beans, there was zero sour cream on it when I paid for extra... I go through Jennings about once every other month... and I would rather eat McDonald's from the ground than stop at this Taco Bell again. Seriously disappointed! He told the employee and she told someone in the back and after asking 3 X, they said they didn't have any more. Another lady asked for a fork for her taco salad, they were out of forks too. Literally the worst location I've ever been to. The kitchen is open so you could see the employees making the food. They don't change their gloves at all. I stood there and watched him make all the orders before mine (5-6 orders) and he did not change his gloves once. Locals were so excited so the long overdue remodel of the doghouse that was our Taco Bell. So while the appearance has been freshened up it remains kinda hard to call it "taco" bell since they are regularly out of ingredients to make even the most basic food items. I say this with assurance as we live in this community and have tried to be patient in frequenting this location. I will also provide fair warning that the employees are quite complacent in their duties, which includes cleaning and sanitation (hint). If you want to witness a true testimonial to poor management stop on by and order the "shelless" taco or the beanless burrito...or the cheeseless just about anything.
