Louisiana has law making restaurants post whether their seafoods are from Louisiana, or "imported". This somehow misses the customer's point; we are fine with seafoods from other states', as their products are from our own Gulf of American/Mexico, just not from the far east. The ceviche de camarrones here is not up to either Yucatan/Quintana Roo/Tamaulipas standards, nor our local quality. Other dishes we've tried are good to very good.
