I was in town for a wedding and needed some coffee to keep my energy up for the day and ordered a cold brew coffee with white chocolate flavoring- AMAZING! Good coffee in hip atmosphere. The carrot muffin was delicious too. Exposed brick walls and local artwork add a cozy touch.

Loves this coffeehouse so much I went there every morning while I was visiting Wilmington.

My fiance and I decided to give this place a try instead of going to the corporate chain across the street, Port City Java. It was a big mistake. The minute we ordered our iced and hot latte i wanted to return it for a refund. We are not sure if the almond milk was spoiled or the coffee was just plain outright bad, but both of us were very sick with the runs an hour later. We will NOT be returning ti this place ever! The place was empty and the girl serving the coffee looked like she'd rather be at the beach. Do Not go here and instead go to the Corporate chain where you know for sure the coffee will be good, milks fresh, and friendlier staff. read more

Neat little coffee shop surrounded by other little shops. They have several selections of coffee beans to for sale, pastries and souvenirs.

You get to bring your dog in so it's already better than most places. A very chill atmosphere to grab a drink and sit for a second before trekking off to walk the dogs more. Their Pumpkin lattes in the fall are much better than the other two big coffee shops in town. read more

Great place. Have Fiji water and sparkling ice water. Fresh fruit was great. Quiet little place for a quick bite for kids and relax. We grabbed a couple of TShirts and snapped a picture with the statue or liberty. We will stop by again !!!! read more

The one thing I expect at any place of business is friendly service. The red head girl at register was not. It seemed like it was interrupting her to serve me. When I asked for a bottle water she scowled " you need to pick one over there!". she could have politely pointed out the selection. read more

I'm not much of a coffee drinker but I like the hot chocolate and anyone I know who gets coffee here likes it. They don't have much food but what they do have is good. I went to Java Dog on a weekend trip to Wilmington and loved it! The ambience was funky and felt refreshingly uncorporate, and I loved that I was allowed to bring my dog into the shop (which is possible because they don't cook their own food on site). If there was a coffee shop like this in Chapel Hill, I would *live* at it. read more

BEST coffee shop in downtown Wilmington. Great atmosphere, excellent customer service and overall great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Am always here to get some school work done in between classes and truly enjoy seeing a puppy or dog stroll in with their owner to grab a drink.
