The eggs in my eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly and they used a regular house-made biscuit that soaked up the egg yolks perfectly. The restaurant was pretty big, but the ambiance felt like a small-town diner. The staff was super kind and attentive, too. The cost is par for the course for a nice diner in a big city.
