Wanted a pizza during our stay in Jasper and due to Covid was looking for a place with curb side pick up or take out so we did not need to eat in the restaurant..we have eaten here before and chose to order from here online. I ordered two pizzas (wood burned style) and three Pepsi's to go and the order was paid online to be picked up at 6:35. I showed up at 6:30 to pick it up and was given the food. Looked at the pizza when I got to my car and it was cold. The cheese had that congealed look from cold pizza and it left much to be desired. I was very disappointed with the order and didn't bother to go back to wait in line with a whole bunch of people due to the virus to complain. Hence why I ordered online to begin with. sadly, this place has really gone downhill. menus were absolutely filthy and so old couldn't even make out the words. waiter told us to use them as the scan menu was not up to date -the scan listed specials but we were told "they aren't offered during summer". We were there Aug 31. Waited 15 minutes for waiter to return and just gave up. The last time there they forgot to put jalapeños on our pizza. That's enuf. read more

We spent $40 for one personal size pizza, one beer and one glass of wine. This is cheap for the area. Pizza was thin crust and ok, but again considering the area, it was great. We sat on the outside patio overlooking the mountains. After this we went to a grocery store next door for dinner no.2. Canadians actually pay $20 for watermelon. What's up with that? My wife and I were trying to find a place to eat dinner in Jasper recently and thought Jasper Pizza Place would be good. Although we chose not to have pizza, the burgers looked good. She had the Happy Burger and I had the Bison Burger. Her bun fell apart, but mostly she enjoyed her burger. My Bison Burger came with Chipolte Mayo which enhanced the flavor. I did enjoy the burger, but Bison is naturally more lean, so a bit less flavor than I would have liked. Regardless, it was a good burger. Next time you're in Jasper, give them a try. I feel sure their pizzas are pretty good - they have both thick crust and brick oven options. Check them out. read more

This place is a fixture of Jasper. Their selection of pizza is fantastic and leaves you second guessing your order. Too many gooders to choose from. While the service might be suspect at times the food makes up for it. I've never had their other dishes and I'm not sure I would try them since really, Jasper Pizza makes fan-f-ing-tastic pizza. I just had the worst pizza of my life from here. What happened? Did the owners change? Used to be a favourite!

Get out the plunger. This place is clogging up the toilet ever since it went there a few years ago. This used to be the place to go for a fast and yummy bite but how things have changed. First, the average age of the staff looks to be about 16 but surely there must be someone old enough to serve booze. Second, the food is dreadful. If you simply must eat here (perhaps being lured in by the charismatic steel plated mammal out front), stay well away from the Ginger Pork Bowl. My wife and I each had it and we regretted it. At $13 a shot, the bowl was too small to start with. The noodles were mushy and the pork was of the deep fried nugget variety you would find at your neighbourhood Safeway. Really not worth the price of admission there. To further add insult to injury, they have taken out the option of going to the counter and picking up your order, thereby saving some money on the over priced goop. It cost us well over $30 including tip to eat that carp and we were still hungry. Luckily, there's a fabulous bakery just around the corner. Mmmm. Bear Paws. Which reminds me, I'm hungry! read more

My friend and I came here two days in a row and wish we had one more day here in Jasper just so we can have it one more time lol. Yesterday (and today) we shared the sweet yam fries as an appetizer- huge portion, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served with yummy chipotle mayo! Yesterday we shared the pepperoni bacon pizza (10") and it was yummy and had the perfect about of cheese and toppings... 6 slices total which is great for 2-3 people. Today I had the carbonara pasta and really enjoyed it, although I've had better carbonara elsewhere. My friend had the fettuccini Alfredo and she liked it. The rooftop bar was one of the highlights of our visit to Jasper. The pizza was so good we went twice!

We were craving pizza, and ended up walking by this place and decided on a whim to get food here. Ordered the food to go. We got a Cavel pizza and a beef dip sandwich with a side of poutine. The pizza was very good. I liked the crispy thin crust and it had a nice distribution of sauce and cheese. The chorizo, cappicolo, artichokes, and sun-dried tomatoes was a great salty-tangy combination. The beef dip was fantastic! Thin sliced beef served on this awesome garlic bread and plenty of au jus. It was probably the best beef dip I've ever had (granted, they are hard to find where I live). The poutine was pretty good as well. It was more than enough for the two of us with just a slice or two of pizza left over. Like everywhere else in Jasper, it was kind of pricey but no more so than anywhere else and the beef dip was so worth it. read more

We all liked this place just fine. On the prowl in Jasper looking for cheap eats, we found this place. It looked all right and who doesn't like pizza so we went in! Busy place! It's also like, only 1 of 2 pizza places in town - so that explains it. ~ Placed our orders and sat down. The place has a sort of modern-funky-diner theme going on. I especially liked the jukebox. No Sinatra, but, well, maybe they haven't heard of him here yet? Ha - still - it's nice to pick out the music for dinner so that was nice. Pizza was just fine - we ate it up. We stopped by this place for dinner when we arrived in Jasper. The restaurant was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and nice. The restaurant was also half bar on the other side. There was free WiFi. We ordered the Hawaiian - pineapple and ham. The crust was just the right size - not too thick or thin. The toppings was just the right amount. We finished everything on the plate. We didn't want anything too heavy since we got off a flight and drove straight to Jasper. I do recommend this place if you are craving for some pizza. read more

What's there not to like? Pizza night is always a good time!! We usually dine in when were in town, but this last time we chose to have our meal delivered to the hotel we were staying at (Lobstick Lodge). They delivered right to our room, so that was nice. I deducted a star because when our delivery arrived, part of the order was wrong and they didn't deliver the dipping sauces (although, they did quickly run back to our hotel with some). When we called about the dipping sauce, we mentioned part of our order was wrong. It turned out that the person taking the order just didn't put it in the computer (no fault by the kitchen!) Their menu has a huge selection and variety, and it's not just pizza. Last time we dined in, the drinks went down nice and smooth as well. This is a great place to eat if you want a sit down feel but quick service. The food is delicious especially the Cauliflower bites. The pizzas are excellent and the menu has a large variety of options. The waitress we had was very friendly and service was quick. With such promise comes such disappointment. I love wood fire pizzas and may the Lord of Flames know how much I appreciate his contribution to Italian cuisine. But after some fairly good service came the sterile cardboard entrees. I attempted to use it as insulation in my car, but it fell short because grease is a terrible adhesive. I told the waitress I didn't enjoy it, and she took it away without offering me a replacement or to see a menu. Like so many who wander into Jasper Pizza, we had been hiking and were ready to make the very most of our appetite on a great pizza. We were seated quickly but then waited a long, long time for a waitress to take our beer order. The pizza we chose was a 10 inch thin crust with pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. We also ordered a salad. The pizza crust was dry and had the taste and texture of a big, tasteless, cracker. It was a great disappointment and overpriced, some $16. The salad was made up of variety of bland vegetables, including unripe tomatoes and was equally overpriced. Two beers, cracker-style pizza and bland salad, plus very reluctant tip, came to some $60. Most expensive, worst meal I had in Canada. Next night we went to Jasper's North Face Pizza, waited some 20 minutes for the pizza, but it was EXCELLENT. read more

Just ordered the Bison Burg and wings for delivery. The Bison burger quite literally tasted like shit. Threw it out. It was also missing the chipotle mayo that made it sound so delicious on the menu. Fries were ok, would likely be amazing fresh. The wings were undercooked, soggy, but definitely hot. I called to let them know that didn't receive what I asked for, and they just left the phone off the hook for a few minutes, then came back to offer me a free drink. I would have rather had a refund for the shit burger. Bit douchy of them. I can't recommend this joint for anyone, for any reason. Had a pizza as takeout this winter while in the park snowshoeing/hiking and it was inedible. Truly. After a day out playing in the snow my husband and I were both super hungry, and it's hard to mess up pizza, right? However this was actually inedible, as in we both managed to finish off 1-2 pieces before throwing it away and switching to cheese and crackers for the night. Tasted like eating a very thin brick with a little salt on it. We ordered 4 Patio burgers with fries for delivery. The burgers were undercooked & pink, the fries were overcooked & dry. No napkins, no condiments for the fries. My teenage kids didn't finish their meal. It was late and I was starving so I ate all of mine. Now I'm hoping that it doesn't make me sick. The lady that delivered the order seemed nice but that's the only good thing I can say about these meals. read more

If you are a normal person like me and think a 'medium' pizza should easily be able to feed 2 people than this is not the place for you! $20 for an individual take out pizza is too much, if this is due to covid do a better job of communicating expectations, otherwise you are just screwing over your customers.
