Lemon drop , and the perfect martini.

Our first time in Jasper and we decided to eat here the first night. What a wonderful stop. We all loved our food and cocktails. Highly recommend the lemon drop.

My husband and I had a lovely dinner here. Beautiful views when eating outside. There is gluten free pasta. I originally was ordering the bolognese but the server informed me it contained dairy (hats off to my server for catching this for me). I ended up ordering the arribbiata (Italian sausage, chili, marinara sauce and I ordered no fior di latte). It was yummy with a good portion. I appreciated that it was a flavorful red sauce and not just plain tomato. My husband got the carbonara gluten free add grilled chicken. He enjoyed it. We appreciated the big portion sizes for the price we paid.

Excellent food and service. Our server Lovely was wonderful. Efficient and personable. I ordered the salmon and my husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. One of the best meals on our vacation to Canada. The atmosphere was very relaxing and although looked dated that did not bother us. I would highly recommend

The food was subpar. Since the name of the place refer to Italian food, I thought that we would get some sort of pasta. But they offered 3 pasta dishes and everything else. The waitress suggested the Fish and Chip. So we ordered Fish and Chip, Pasta Bowl and a beer. The batter on that fish could have being used on 3-4 orders and the pasta was watery. I was so disappointed leaving thinking we could have being better of going to KFC.

I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a shot regardless of the rating since many comments were regarding service. We walked in and was greeted by two women at the hostess stand. It was pretty empty when we arrived so we were able to sit in a nice spot by the window. They have old decor but home-y feeling. They had a special running for the month - 3 courses for $39. And mostly everything was included with a few items for a couple extra dollars. My friend and I went for that special. I ordered the cozze e vongole (mussels and clams). My friend order the pane farcito. We also put in our entrees - I got pasta with Bolognese and she got Penne with Arribiata. Our apps came out pretty quickly. The red sauce with the clams and mussels was good and came with bread to dip. It was a very big appetizer. I tried some of my friend's stuffed bread - it was delicious, but beware there is a lot of butter. Also, filling. We had to set them aside so we could ensure we had room for our entrees. There was a long lag time between app and main course. Our waitress did come over to apologize and keep us updated. When our pastas came out - I did wish it had more tomatoes in sauce but it was good. My friend also liked hers. We had lots of pasta leftover! The third course was dessert. We both got turtle cheesecake to go. It was just okay. That was my least favorite of the meal. Other than a little wait time and the couple things with the food, the waitresses were very friendly and teamed up to ensure our table stay cleaned and drinks stayed full. I was surprised by the low rating. The deal was great - we got so much food for a good price - especially when we saw the single prices of each.

Had late lunch at this Italian restaurant and our experienced was good. The place is very nice and not busy so we were seated right away. Staff are friendly especially the Italian guy server. The food tastes very good except for the portioning. Serving size is too small from the standard pasta servings and very pricey. It doesn't even have a slice of garlic bread.

We decided to eat here after a chilly day exploring the surrounding areas of Jasper. I am celiac and find it challenging to find something gluten free to eat in Jasper that isn't automatically gluten free (ie., a salad). Their website indicates that they can make almost everything on the menu gluten free, so we gave it a go! We both had the 3 course meal for $39 (I believe it's a winter special) and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the Smoked Salmon Carpaccio to start; it came with 2 slices of gluten free bread, delicous smoked salmon (a good portion), and the red chili jelly was delicious! It could be enough for 2-3 people, but I enjoyed it all to myself For the main course, I got the Siciliana - made with corn noodles. It was also a delicious plate, and had a very generous amount of ingredients in the dish. For dessert, I got to enjoy the Turtle Cheescake, drizzled with chocolate syrup and a dollop of whipped cream. I dont get to enjoy dessert often when we are out, and this was so yummy! In addition to our great meal, we took advantage of the cocktails on the special menu - also well done and would recommend. Our waitress, Peggy, was very warm and we had great service all night. I would HIGHLY recommend this place as a gluten free option in Jasper. If we had more time visiting, we would have likely ate here nightly. I seems that they understand what celiac is, and take measures to reduce your risk of eating out, which is something I greatly appreciate.

    Lovely ambiance!

I'm pretty sure there was some street parking. I'm not sure if there's any Lots around I walked from the Train Decor: This place was very nice. Kind of what you would expect to find in a restaurant in a ski town in the Rockies. Lots of dark wood, clean, Cottage chic decor. You can tell this is a nice place There were a lot of four top tables. Somewhere around somewhere Square so you push them together. And a nice big bar with lots of seating. Oh and the Highlight was a giant fireplace against the far wall. Very cozy. Food: I stopped in to grab something I could eat on the train. I decided to go for one of the salads because it just sounded so good. I got the Autumn Ridge Salad -kale, maple butternut squash, quinoa, feta, apple, shallot vinaigrette. I added some lemon garlic shrimp as a protein. This was delicious. And if I'm ever in Jasper again, and I hope to be, definitely getting this As a side note they're also known for their whiskey and there were a few Couples from the train that were there in the restaurant doing whiskey tasting. These are people from other countries that knew that when you stopped in Jasper you had to go here and do their whiskey flights. So go there for that as well! Everyone I spoke to there was very nice. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person that helped me. She was very nice

We were lucky to get a table at the window as there are only a few with lake views and they are all 2 seaters. I enjoyed the duck entree and the husband had the steelhead. Both were very tasty and I'd recommend either depending your mood. We finished with the Pavlova and berries dessert which was a perfect ending to a lovely meal along with strong, hot black coffee. It Hit The Spot! Would definitely come back should we find ourselves in Jasper again. Cheers!
