I love that you can schedule online, down to the very service and exact time you'd like to bring your car in. Cindi was so helpful and explained the process clearly. I thought my car was acting unusual and suspected it was a break pad issue, which it ended up being. Ken's team also replaced damaged spark plugs, and a sensor on one of my tires. Pricing was fair and they made it very easy to understand recommended repairs - I loved seeing everything in writing, before any work was done! (It's electronically sent to you as well, so you're not in the shop awkwardly trying to review the details while people stare at you lol). My car was with Ken's team for less than 2 days. My car is much safer and my new breaks are amazing! Thanks Ken, Cindi and team!

I've been going to the same mechanic for the past five years, so I was surprised when they quoted me $840 just to replace a coolant bypass hose. I decided to get a few other opinions, and Miramar H&A Mechanic quoted me $430 for both the coolant bypass hose and an O2 sensor, which was a huge difference. They were honest, straightforward, and never tried to upsell me on repairs I didn't need. They got everything done in about two hours, and the work was completed quickly and professionally. It's hard to find a shop that's transparent, fairly priced, and efficient. I really appreciate their honesty and quality of work. If you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic that won't overcharge you, I highly recommend Miramar H&A Mechanic. They've definitely earned my business going forward.
