RIP HANA DISPENSARY!!!!! I literally used to come here every Tuesday for tax free Tuesday from what I understand they were the only dispensary in all of Phoenix that participated in this reoccurring tax-free Tuesdays every week. They also had the same deals every week plus they added deals that would rotate out weekly. By far Hana dispensary was my all-time favorite dispensary unfortunately they were bought out by JARS THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY 2026. My usual budtender was kind enough to share the information of them being bought out literally the first Tuesday of January because I went every Tuesday and that was so upsetting. And within three days had turned completely into Jars dispensary. Hana's reward system was amazing. I literally got a free ounce by my fourth visit with all my points. I am so heartbroken that they were bought out by jars. read more

I had originally placed a delivery order that had issues and was contacted to have me resubmit the order, it had already been to late to submit for same day delivery, so I ended up just setting a pick up order. Chris had contacted me again to let me know there was an issue with the account/their system and he wasnt sure if I'd get the confirmation email so he was letting me know it was packed and ready. Update: New management saved my opinion of this company. After a month of back and forth emails only to be forgotten about by the old manager, the new GM Madison took over and within 24hrs had a free product waiting for me to pick up. The assistant GM was extremely apologetic when I came in about the situation and how long it took to remedy it. These two are a great example of the company I originally fell in love with! Great job new Hana Team! I reached out per the company's request weeks ago and still haven't heard back... The most ironic thing about this situation is they sent me a thank message for reaching a loyalty milestone after my last visit. So I Just want to document that they have no interest in repairing relationships with their customers, it's all just for show. read more

3 people working and they ALL have us waiting so they can count tips and fulfill online orders . Literally counting loose change when they can actually be making more money . Guess I'll give my money to the cookie store or JARS . Standing in line for 10+ minutes is some bullsh*t with 3 ppl available to work but I guess tips more important . I received a call this morning from a manager named Christian. Pleasant over the phone went over the incident and told me they were going to start employee training and improve in this area. I particularly went over the security guard issue and how he made made feel unpleasant and like some sort of criminal. Christian said that they had been addressing the issue with other SG's and that on that day was one day he worked and not during the week. False! I soon as enterd the building no one ask for my ID but that SG gave unpleasant looks and made me feel like I was not welcomed . Anyway , Christian and I had agreed that he was going to do something like samples from Kindred. Ok, I did let Him know that I'd visit the store today between 12:15 and 12:30. I arrived at 12:15 and looking forward to meet Him I specifically suggested that I would like for Him to take care of me. He said , ok! I waited for another 10 minutes until someone else who said he was some sort of manager approached me. He offered what Christian said , I then said I would like some prerolls in exchange instead of the pill samples being stock up on the wrong ones I sold. He offered me a complimentary preroll which he said he was going to pay for out his pocket. I qsked if I could speak with the manager to my disbelief. I was told that he was busy with a vendor and could not be bothered. I was then told to go back in the waiting are so they could help other customers . What am I , I thought I was a customer asked to comeback. Nevertheless they called the SG to escort me back to the waiting area. If this is customer service then Oh Wow! we are in trouble. Instead of this hassle went back and left. How much money does this location make..... All this for misinformation and deception for a mere $40.00..... Hana is the only place I shop. Every time I tell my friends and family how much I paid for what I got, they can't believe it. Im enrolled in the loyalty program AND accumulate points. Their weekly deals are so good sometimes I walk out of there feeling like I ripped them off. lol. They have a great selection that stays up to date with what's out there. And my favorite part of Hana is the bud tenders. They are always so patient and attentive to every client. you never feel rushed. I have to say I love them all but Heather is my favorite. I always feel so at home there I feel like I'm walking into "Cheers" where everyone knows my name. Lol. Well let's start off by saying that Hana Dispensary is the best hidden secret in the valley, but let's change that by letting EVERYONE in Arizona how amazing they are! First of all they have a first time patient deal that allows you to match up to a half ounce of flower, or a pack of pre rolls. They even have a new infused pre roll that is part of that deal as well. They also have great everyday values on everything from flower to concentrates to edibles! Did I mention no waiting to a long a** line. They get you in and out without making you feel rushed.
