I reached out to the manager to explain my experience with the advertising on the website and instead of offering any sort of apology or explanation she made me feel like I was in the wrong, insinuating that I should know it was singles. This also happened during their thanksgiving BOGO with the Xxx brand that listed incorrect strains when please check your items before leaving the store as this has happened to me 3xs now. Tragic that they ditched the recycling program for used marijuana bags and containers. I loved that this franchise had interest in recycling especially in an industry that uses one-time use plastics consistently. Rewards program was amazing prior to Jan 2025. I come to this location every week and nobody ever communicated to me as a customer that their rewards program would be discontinued starting Jan 2025. I hadn't even received an email with this information either. Incredibly disappointing as I had racked up quite a lot of rewards to redeem and I was told none of those points would be transferring over due to the inconvenience. I visited late December and the Manager, Blanca, could not extend any courtesy to accommodate me for the lack of communication and loss of rewards. She essentially told me I was sh*t out of luck and she could pass my info along to the District Manager. She took down all of my information on my ID and I was never contacted about the issue to this day!! On my last visit to the McClintock store in Tempe, the cashier threw my change in my face and called me a piece of sh*t....that's customer service at its best !....LOL. In my opinion, Sol Flower/ Copperstate in its rush to monopolize the Cannabis market in AZ has destroyed what was once a quality brand. I came here because I wanted a particular product. In fact, I tried to order it online and they wanted me to upload a copy of my card. That's a hard thing to do when you're on a laptop computer and it doesn't seem reasonable. I am already registered with other locations of this dispensary so why duplicate the process? When you get here, you will find the most confused process ever. I had to check in with four different people before I could leave with my order: security, registration, ordering and paying. All different folks. The place in the store where you look at the product,, order the product, and pay for the product, is a small space that's very loud. There are clerks and customers and people waiting and everyone is talking. When you finish and they call your name to pay, it's actually hard to hear. Today I was told after I made my purchase that the senior discount has been eliminated beginning in 2025. There was no notice to any customers of this happening prior to it occurring. The Sol Flower MJ sales rep was awesome! I have been twice and the advice I got was very helpful. The pre- rolls were tight and burned evenly. Really enjoyed the infused joints. Everyone was very friendly and this was important as my wife and I are novices. I also recommend going on Mondays if you have a MJ medical license as they give great discounts. If you have a problem with waiting outside, consider getting over your high horse of waiting because Covid has created major stressors for the dispensaries, employees and vendors. Sol Flower is doing what they can and spending a shit ton of money to rent those giant fans they have to accommodate patients under the canopies. They are not a big enough location to allow that many bodies inside. Patients should thank Sol Flower for still being open, instead of leaving petty reviews that they had to wait outside in the heat.
