This time I wanted to get rid of 4 inches off of my hair and get a heavy layering around my face. I also wanted to go from red into more of a Caramel color with browns and highlights. I ended up getting ashy green tones and a botched haircut. My haircut ended up being an uneven Bob with a mullet in the back. It was neither here nor there of a style, my hair looked terrible. In my 30 something years I have never received such a bad haircut. The first day she had styled it straight which I never wear, so I had no idea how bad it was until I returned home and washed my hair and curled it as I usually wear it. The hair appointment took 4 1/2 hours by the time we were finished it was 10 PM, I was so tired, even though I told her I thought the toning of my hair looked too ashy I told her I would feel it out and come back a different day. The stylist did refund my money although I had to chase her for five days and eventually had to go to the salon to pick up the refund for my haircut and toner. The damage is done, even after fixing the cut, I now have to wear a ponytail for the next six months because otherwise I would have to chop my hair off too much in order for it to be fixed well.
