The cleaning was nice, everything was done well…read more The team showed up at 9:24 instead of 9AM, but they charged me starting at 9:15. I was also told they would call me about 15 minutes before they finished so I could come by and look at the place. I drove by after several hours and the cleaners were gone. Unfortunately, I just have to trust when they left - which is harder since they weren't honest about when they arrived. I didn't hear anything from the company until the next day, which is when I learned about the incorrect start time. When I asked about this, they sad the charge was correct even with the adjusted time.

I went to get an estimate and book online, but after completing all the information and answering all of the questions, it errored out forcing me to email for a quote and to schedule. There were days of back and forth emails with complicated explanations about various shifts and workers arriving at different times. Nothing was easy about this process. I finally scheduled and was hoping the clean would redeem the booking process. The staff member arrived on time and was super friendly. It was clear she was working hard and wanted to do a good job. She did ask me for several supplies, which surprised me, as I hadn't experienced that before and wouldn't have anticipated. I had work meetings during the latter part of her cleaning. When I was done, I discovered that she had needed even more supplies, so had to call a family member to bring them and then had that person help finish up. This meant she let someone into my home when I was unaware and potentially not employed by the company. Very alarming. Afterwards, I inspected the work and found some of it was well done and other parts were not. She told me she couldn't do the shower because she didn't have the appropriate supplies. The floors were not done well at all and we had to go back and clean them ourselves. The owner followed up to ask how things went and if we'd like to schedule regular cleanings. I relayed our experience, asking if I should expect to provide supplies and if the shower would be handled at the next visit. I never heard from them again.

I've never used a cleaning service before, so didn't know what to expect…read more Joana, the owner, personally toured my condo and listened to my requirements. She agreed to my scope and provided an estimate on the spot. This is contrasted with other services that bid sight unseen via Yelp. Given my needs, I'm pretty sure that would not have gone well. My learning curve point was not staying out of the way. I did a little backseat coaching, which just caused confusion. Let the professionals do it there way. Do be there for a final inspection, but wait till they're done. That being said, the cleaner assigned to my home was definitely speed cleaning. And she did not have firmly in mind all of the scope. No big deal, since I was home when she started packing up, I was able to point out where extra attention was needed. Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting. Joana was fun to meet and is energetic and positive. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this service.

She confirmed the date and time via text (not for the day I asked for but I decided to make it work) but NO one showed up for the appointment. She never returned the $40 till date. Its gone!

When the crew showed up to do the work, they were incredibly polite and professional, the windows and screens look exceptional, and they even put everything back outside where they found it! Another really cool thing that I appreciate so much is that for every dollar they earn Central Texas Window Cleaning gives a percentage to the company onetreeplanted.org who is a big player in environmental conservation and restoration across the globe. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. The quality of work was good and I felt like we paid a more than fair price, but when we asked Lavern to come back he scheduled time and missed appointments again and again and now just doesn't reply, so I guess I have to move on to another service that will show up and return calls. 3 stars because if you get them they'll do good work, but not returning messages and no shows are almost as bad as not doing the work at all. We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out.
