The tech failed to fill the hole and tried to tell me it would shrink and fill in over time. Bull crap, it's glass not elastic, glass doesn't shrink or draw up. The only think the company would do is offer me a refund. I was told "the warranty is a full refund because the glass was already broken." Since when is a chip referred to as broken? I HATE I ever went to them.

While cost might vary by vehicle's make, model, and year, I paid $139 per window + tax, which I found to be extremely competitive pricing especially given the speed of their work and friendly customer service. I was pleasantly described to receive a clean car without clutter or glass shards upon retrieving my car. If you don't have a ride to pick you up and drop you off, there's a waiting room with comfortable couches and a water station inside.
