The cabin crew greeted everyone with a warm smile and helped a few travelers find space for their bags. After reaching my seat, I got comfortable, fastened my seatbelt, and watched the last few passengers make their way down the aisle. The cabin was clean, the seats looked well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm. Once everyone was seated, the aircraft doors were closed, and the safety demonstration began. The crew completed all the necessary checks before the plane slowly pushed back from the gate. We taxied for several minutes, and during that time the captain welcomed everyone onboard and shared a short update about the expected flight conditions. After receiving clearance, the engines became noticeably louder, and the aircraft gathered speed before lifting smoothly into the air. The climb was steady, and within a few minutes we were above the clouds. After reaching cruising altitude, the seatbelt sign was turned off, allowing passengers to move around if needed. Some people started watching movies, others put on headphones, while a few simply looked out of the window enjoying the peaceful view. Shortly afterward, the cabin crew came through the aisle serving beverages and snacks. They were friendly throughout the service, taking time to ask if anyone needed anything extra. One passenger requested another cup of coffee, and it was brought over a few minutes later without any hesitation. Those small moments made the service feel genuine. For most of the journey, the flight remained smooth and comfortable. There was a brief period of light turbulence, but it lasted only a couple of minutes. The captain informed everyone before it happened, and the crew remained calm until the seatbelt sign was switched off again. Everything quickly returned to normal, and the peaceful atmosphere continued. As we got closer to our destination, the captain announced that the descent had begun. The flight attendants collected the remaining cups and wrappers, checked that tray tables were folded away, and reminded everyone to fasten their seatbelts. Looking outside the window, the clouds slowly cleared as the ground became visible again. The landing was soft and controlled, followed by a short taxi to the gate. Once the aircraft stopped, passengers gathered their belongings and left the plane one row at a time. The cabin crew stood near the exit, thanking everyone and wishing them a pleasant day before they stepped off. Overall, the flight was exactly what I hope for whenever I travel. From the smooth takeoff to the gentle landing, everything felt organized, comfortable, and stress-free. The professional crew and peaceful cabin made the entire journey enjoyable, and I finished the trip with a very positive impression. read more

As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with . I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Jetblue again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again. read more
