Then she went off, you know I can't hurry up, there are questions I have to ask you to get this done. With full attitude, we were so confused explained we didnt say anything to her and was not rushing her. She still caught attitude my fiance felt so bad he kept apologizing. At that point I told him let her be that way. We apologized for whatever she thought we said and I felt that was enough especially since we apologized for her mishearing. This last time I flew Jetblue, I was surprised about a "new" policy they have implemented. Only 1 alcoholic drink is now allowed per Mosaic customer if you are seated on a regular seat. If you are seated in the Even More seats, you are still allowed 3 drinks. In the past, the 3 drinks allowance per Mosaic status was valid anywhere the Mosaic member was seated.... I guess they are trying to cut cost down but they are doing it by penalizing their most loyal members. Not a good decision in my opinion......... read more

I flew out of Logan on JetBlue on 9/24/26-thankfully it was not a busy time. Otherwise, I can't imagine how much worse the experience would have been! I had checked in online, so all I needed to do was print my baggage tags and drop off my bags. Easy right? Nope--there was no clear way to position the barcode on my electronic ticket on my phone over the reader and under the flap...so after fiddling with that a bit I ended up trying a credit card, nope. Finally typed my info in to confirm my identity. Now I'm 1 minute under the 1 hour cutoff so must seek assistance. Zero agents managing the vast sea of kiosks. I ask an agent at baggage dropoff who is the first JetBlue person I find. Am rudely directed to customer service. Loooong line there--luckily check my phone to see what Mosaic and Mint are and happy to learn that I can visit that much shorter line (1/4 mile away across the lobby ) as a United Gold member. The friendly agent there (who, to her credit, also helped a person with an unexpected issue who was not a mosaic member) was able to check my bag there no problem . Flight was on time and all ran smoothly. Plane was clean. was very uncomfortable for me as it put my back in a curved forward position. Glad I was in row 4 with extra legroom. I would avoid JetBlue domestically out of Boston if I didn't have some type of elite status. read more

JetBlue is the consistent worst airline to fly. When they're aware of a flight problem, they're slow to report it so it shows up late in the system and in my specific situation I was supposed to fly out at 10 o'clock and I'm not going out till over after 1 o'clock in the morning. I asked the service desk what the issue was and they said it was mechanical when I asked for a meal voucher the supervisor said it was weather so I was not entitled to a meal voucher. They lie. People are particularly unhelpful customer service, and the gate agents. Specifically Kyle at the Boston airport. read more

I love Jetblue, but today something strange happened. My fiancé bday was wrong on his ticket (my fault) so we had to go change it fine. While we were at the desk changing it the lady asked what time our flight was. I said it boards at 1055, when she looked confused I said oh well it leaves at 11 something. Then she went off, you know I can't hurry up, there are questions I have to ask you to get this done. With full attitude, we were so confused explained we didnt say anything to her and was not rushing her. She still caught attitude my fiance felt so bad he kept apologizing. At that point I told him let her be that way. We apologized for whatever she thought we said and I felt that was enough especially since we apologized for her mishearing. Ive never had an interaction with someone like that before and it was awkward and strange. This was on 16 Jan 26 she was at the "Pay here" lane. I hope she has a better day and Jetblue do better as far as who they let do customer service. It isn't for everyone. Terminal C is nice and has food, bars, restaurants. The boarding process was easy pleasant. Can't go wrong flying jetblue. Atleast not while on their flights. They have the best flight attendants. read more

Received an email telling me my itinerary was canceled. NO explanation, nothing, just "canceled". That same night I heard on the local news, they were no longer flying out of Manchester (NH) as of July. I understand things happen, and they need to adjust routes for financial reasons, but a little explanation would have been nice. If I had not seen the news, I would not have know why. No "what to do now" information, NOTHING. I started looking at other flights, but by now, they were almost twice what I had paid already, plus the costs of parking at Boston, or getting a car service. They also, never refunded me the cost of my flight. When I called today to check on when it would happen, they told me another week to 10 days. Thoroughly disqusted with JetBlue, and their customer service, or lack there of. read more

There are several reasons that JetBlue is my way to get to and from Boston currently. First, direct flight and I much prefer taking a red eye. Doing a pit stop is just miserable and when you think about how much time and energy it adds to your flight and travel - it is worth the little extra. Also, you get to check one bag for free and pick your seat. I need to be by the window and not surrounded plus Jetblu planes are far less sardine like so I can actually breathe. The whole experience was so much better than I have experienced on other airlines and I now seek out their flights. read more
JetBlue in Boston has been very good to me. So far no late cancelled or delayed departures. I always have the same gate 33 at the end of the terminal. I like they have the option of the priority security pass and options for upgrades to better seats. Logan is no fun getting too but this experience with JetBlue makes the trip less stress full. Flew JetBlue direct and had great service on the plane. The steward & stewardess offered extra snacks and encouraged us to get whatever we liked at their little snack bin. I loved that. It took out them having to go to us a second time for snacks. We also liked that they served coffee or tea before we landed. We got the emergency seats for extra leg room and there definitely was enough room to stretch which is great! read more
6 hour delay, with barely an update and then the update appeared to be a partial lie. Then flight cancelled. And actually, with the the weather situation this time of year and my Buddhist like composure and patience, I am actually not miffed at this point, for none of this is Jet Blue's fault when it comes to delays and weather. It happens. But the additional 6 hours from shortly after midnight to me sitting here right this moment at 5:38am simply having to wait to get the luggage that never left the airport 12 hours prior back..... unacceptable. My AirTag shows me exactly where it is too. No updates. No communication. App is overwhelmed. Website overwhelmed. Anticipated wait time on phone 90 minutes. Staff not provided enough information to be helpful. We had an excellent flying experience from Paris to Boston, but Boston dropped the ball. Honestly every time I fly JetBlue I regret it. Let's start off with them changing departure times days in advance instead of the day of the flight. If I wanted to leave two hours later than I planned I would have booked on another airline. On this trip I'm traveling with children so had to check in at the service desk. One person working the entire desk. Took about thirty minutes to finish the process. And the associate at the gate was very rude . Air travel in general is not fun but I got the blues traveling with JetBlue. PS I have flown over two million miles over my career. read more
I'm a big JB fan but I'm getting very annoyed with JB out of Logan airport. I recently flew them back to Vegas and it was the 3rd flight out of Boston that has been delayed. Its sooooooo annoying!! I almost went with a different airline back to Vegas fearing that this was going to happen again but decided to chance it. Well guess what?? Flight was delayed AGAIN!! Whats even more messed up is it was originally 2hrs delayed and while I was finishing up my food @ a bar I checked my flight status on my JB app & it told me it was boarding in 15mins & the gate changed. Looks like they were going with a different plane that came in from Aruba. So I rushed to get to my gate just to wait more then 15mins. They made an announcement that we wouldn't be boarding for another 45 minutes. The original plane was coming in from out of the Country too and the same with the last time I flew out of Boston. Seems that this is the case with the plane that they use for flights out of Boston. They have to go thru customs, clean the plane & the time in the past had to change the crew. It was 3 hrs late and forget about how long we had waited on the run way before taking off. I will definitely re-think using JB out of Boston back to Vegas the next time I go home to visit because this is getting very annoying & frustrating. Boo JB!! read more
Jet Blue does not operate out of my home city but they do out of Detroit. When planing a trip across the pond, I was astounded by the prices for business class and found a "sweet spot" in pricing with Jet Blue that was well worth the inconvenience of not leaving from home. Check in at DTW was quick and we soon boarded or flight to Boston to connect to London. Jet Blue offers what they call "Mint Service" on long domestic flights as well as on flights to the Caribbean and Europe. Detroit to Boston was a commuter jet with amazing leg room in coach. Once in Boston, we boarded our flight to London. Mint seating is a total lie flat seat in a private compartment. It has a door that can be closed for additional privacy. Seating was comfortable and we both had a good sleep. Food is pretty good as well with several choices Cabin service easily equals what I've experienced with the "best airlines". Pros: 1. Individual private compartment seating with lie flat bed. 2. Large screen video monitor loaded with tv, movie and music options. (I just stare at the map) 3. Good food, wine and drinks 4. Super fast FREE WiFi. In fact, this review is being written and posted in flight. Cons: 1. Have to go to another city to fly as JB doesn't fly out of home city. 2. Limited presence in Europe-need to connect, change airlines, etc. 3. No lounge access. 4. When flying in "Mint" you are totally self contained making any conversation with your traveling companion pretty much impossible. (We texted back and forth as the WiFi was so good. ). Really the pros far outweigh the cons - at least in my position where I saved quite a bit traveling this time. Next time I cross the pond, I'll definitely check pricing on Jet Blue. Actually, they do, though they fail to mention the egregiously high price tag. So, if you're willing to pay a premium to avoid the packed coach seats on a long flight, Mint provdes a very nice ride. And the seats do slide to a completely flat position, which makes it possible (but cramped) to sleep or at least snooze. The dinner was excellent, I selected the Beet Salad, the tasty encrusted Red Snapper, with a very nice glass of Bordeaux. With such comfort in First Class, I often fail to see why JetBlue and other airlines don't consistently offer three classes for passengers to choose: First, Premium, Coach. JetBlue's Extra Space seating barely provides any advantages over standard coach, the seats are the same size, the food (for purchase) is mediocre, and you get a few inches of extra legroom and board in an earlier group. That said, Mint is a very comfortable and relaxing experience. read more

As soon as I took my seat, I was handed a birthday card signed by the entire crew, and at least two of the crew members stopped by my seat to tell me Happy Birthday. Then when I pulled out my wallet to pay for the rosé I ordered, a lovely crew member gave it to me on the house since it was my bday. And neither flight was overbooked. Paying for the emergency exit upgrade was well worth the money. I had acres of legroom and the whole row to myself. 10/10 would recommend. read more

THIS AIRLINE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Not only was our flight delayed, they are the least accommodating airline I have ever been on. On my flight from Aruba to JFK there were so many open seats that we had asked an attendant to move us to like So Many Seats. and she refused to let me and my boyfriend sit next to each other leaving us in the back for absolutely no reason. This would never happen with Delta. It also smells bad and has to slowest service I've ever experienced. Why did I have to wait 30 minutes to be able to pee because the attendant wanted to stay blocking the aisle to chat with someone??????? read more

Flew them from LGA to BOS recently, and I have to say i was disappointed. Why? Glad you asked! Flight delays are a thing with jetblue. They really are. We were delayed about a half hour for a reason that is a mystery, because there were no announcements made at the gate. On board the seats were ok and the in flight entertainment was pretty good. Since our flight was only an hour I didn't use it that much. But here's the kicker. When we landed at Logan Airport, it took an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to get our checked bags! Why? Another mystery, because no announcements, not even staff at the carousel to assist. I had to go all the way over to the baggage office to get results. From the amount of people in there, it worried me about checking bags with them in the future. Jetblue. Use them if you dare. read more
The worst airline out of Boston Logan. Not 1, not 2, but a total of 6 delays for one flight. They string customers along and will end up flying out even if it's more than 8 hours late, instead of being up front and just cancelling the flight in advance to give customers a chance to pivot their travel plans - overall so they don't have to refund customers. The delays will often be in 1-2 hour increments so that passengers are being strung along for hours just to be let down sitting in the airport the entire day. They lost my luggage twice. Service was a huge disappointment. I had to call customer care several times for help but their team was cold, irritated, rude, and not empathetic. I even physically went to the JetBlue Just Ask desk at Boston Logan for help and overheard a JetBlue employee talk to a woman that missed her entire bachelorette weekend over their delayed flight with zero empathy or compassion. I understand things happen but there's no need for rude and careless service especially for someone celebrating a milestone. I wish I would have read their reviews before booking with them. All across the board their service scores are low. read more

The worst airline I have EVER dealt with, in my 40 years of flying! I lost out on a $10,000 "Secrets" Punta Cana vacation due to the incompetence of just ONE (thats all it takes) power-entitled counter service manager at the Orlando airport in late April 2025. I didnt get her name but she was a caucasian or hispanic, middle aged ,overweight female who appeared to be the manager at about 6 am. She denied boarding to me and my girlfriend saying my passport was invalid ,despite having used it at least 6 times before (recently) and I even showed her the stamp from numerous other countries ,including the Dominican Republic. She just refuse (or didnt know how to) enter the information into her computer (because her scanner machine couldn't scan my passport). Also the passport does not expire until 2032. DO NOT take your chances flying with JetBlue EVER !! read more

I have always flown JetBlue. I have never flown another airline just because I used to love how clean it was, and how courteous and kind the flight attendant and pilots were.. I flew out June 26 flight B6 95 from BOS to PDX with a departure of 6:55 PM. Everything was going smoothly until I walked onto the plane the flight attendants that were supposed to be greeting people in saying hello and helping with their seats were too busy complaining how they were stuck on this overnight flight and they didn't wanna be there not to mention their uniforms looked beyond disheveled. It was almost embarrassing. My TV and Internet didn't work and when I brought it to the attention of the steward is the stewardess said it's just your seat so it's not the plane it's you. Between all the stewardess, I don't know who had the worst attitude in the worst eye roll. There was one specific female flight attendant that made no bones about not wanting to be on that flight. I let it go thinking it was just a one time thing. My flight home which was on July 28 flight B6 95 from PDX to BOS, I always book the second row so I can get on and off the plane easily due to my high functioning anxiety. This boarding process was an absolute nightmare because they did their usual allow family, veterans mosaic members, etc. but all of those people took up the overhead space so when it was my turn to get on again, the stewardess was extremely rude. I was looking for a spot closest to me to put my bag in she comes up behind me to the point where she's touching my back with her body and goes. What is your problem put your bag up and sit down. I tried to explain to her that there was no room near me so she took my bag and proceeded to put it down near the ninth seat on the plane. After she did that, she proceeded to say I'm not gonna tell you again to sit down at that point I was flustered and almost in tears. In like the first flight because I was so close to where they prep all the drinks and snacks all they were talking about is how much they "hate their job how much they hate being on these type of flights with entitled people who think they're above them." Again on this flight my TV didn't work. I mentioned it to a male stewardess. He asked me if I was plugging everything in right I showed him it was in the right outlet and all did was shrugged his shoulders and told me it's gonna be a long flight for you. And to bring up the uniforms again, one stewardess looked extremely professional, and the other two stewardess looked like they were disheveled didn't want to wear the proper uniform and frankly just didn't wanna be there. I'm not 100% sure on my second flight if only one bathroom was working in the front because everyone kept using that one bathroom so the smell was ungodly to the point where me and the two other people I were sitting next to were almost gagging . I have never in 28 years of traveling, have experience such unprofessionalism. Along with filth, both of the planes I was on were not thoroughly cleaned and inspected. In hindsight, I hope JetBlue is not going downhill because that's what it seemed like I felt like I was on a spirit airplane With the JetBlue prices. Considering the amount of money I paid for these tickets. It makes me wonder if I should start looking at different airline and not even bother with JetBlue. read more

I am never flying JetBlue again. They have really screwed me over twice along with the fact their flights are almost always late. They have some of the cheapest and most convenient flights from Boston but I will be flying American or Delta from now on. This is what happened. Twice I had a flight that they rescheduled to a time that interfered with work. However they didn't move the flight by 3 hours or more so I couldn't change it without paying the difference. The first time I was not that upset. My flight was a red-eye that got into Boston on Monday around 6:30am which gave me time to get to work at 8:00. They then moved it to arrive a little after 8 so I wouldn't make work. There was a flight Sunday afternoon that actually was better for me but I didn't book it because it was $100-200 more. I was hoping they could just rebook me but they wouldn't without me paying the fee. I reluctantly paid the fee. I wasn't happy about it but they did original switch me to a new flight with the most similar flight to my original itinerary and it was a better flight than my original one that I ended up rebooking for fee. However this happened to me again but this time it was so much worse. I was hoping to fly to Florida the last weekend of November right after Thanksgiving on the condition I could find a cheap flight. I was shocked I found a super cheap flight from Boston to Orlando at 7:30pm on Friday with Jetblue and booked my trip. Then I was notified that my flight got moved to 5:45pm. I work until 5 so I would not make this flight but again it wasn't in the 3 hours time difference so I couldn't change it without a fee. However I became very angry when I saw there was a 7pm flight from Boston to Orlando which was almost the same as my original itinerary but to change it, it was going to be over $400 for literally almost the same itinerary that I initially booked. I was absolutely not paying this. Again I would be paying $400 for practically the same flight I initially booked. I tried to call customer service and was on hold 15 minutes and the first time someone accidentally hung up on me. I then tried to do the chat but it wasn't even a jetblue agent just a generic chatbot who then said they would connect me to an agent but I had to put down a $5 deposit (super sketchy). FYI Delta has an excellent chat service and helped me change a very complicated travel situation and I didn't have to give them any credit card info. I finally got a hold of someone and there is nothing I can do except pay over $400 or miss work. I guess I am missing work and never flying with Jetblue again. read more

Jetblue is the absolute worst airline! Do not book with them! We have been Mosaic for many years and we will never fly with them again. We booked our adult children flights with them and they canceled the flight and couldn't booked them another flight for four days and would not compensate them anything for rooms, food or transportation! Unfortunately, this Southwest Airlines experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating layout differed from what had been displayed at purchase. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat,, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in Detroit seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Chicago, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original Detroit contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking Southwest Airlines for a similar trip in the Future. I am in the export business and travel a lot for my work. On March 12th, 2020 I had a flight to LAX on a Jetblue as part of my international travel and it all started. During my check in process, the kiosk was acting up, so I went to the counter to check my luggage with the Jetblue employees. One of my luggage was over the weight limit (~27kg) and I was told that the airline that I booked with charges $40.00 for that weight, but she's going to charge $150.00 "just in case" and I will get a refund with the airline once I land. I still don't understand her logic behind this, especially since, according to the airline website, I should have been charged $100.00 for that luggage weight? I am fine with paying extra for overweight luggage, but overcharging a passenger and delaying the whole process seems deceitful at best; as the delay was making me nervous of missing my flight. It doesn't end here. On the plane, someone was in my seat so I sat in one of the empty seats away from other passengers as current world events recommends me to practice "social distancing". Yet, I was immediately told I can't sit there as it is one of their premium economy seats. I was moved to the back to the crowd of passengers--not to my original seat. I just wanted to rest at that point so I just let it go. There's more. I got to my destination and lo and behold, one of my luggage is lost. Ironically, the one I was overcharged for was nowhere to be seen. I waited until everyone left and I was the only one without my luggage. It took me another hour or so working with the airport staff in filling out lost luggage forms, providing my info, description of the luggage etc.. Two days later, in another country no less, I get a call that they found my bag in New York JFK. I never even had a ticket for NY nor did JFK had any flights outbound for my final destination that day. It still boggles my mind how it ended up there, but I praise Jetblue for making it happen. It took me another day and a half to finally get my luggage. Finally, I called Jetblue on an international phone call--which by the way, they don't have their official phone number, email, or chat available on their website "contact us" section--and had to wait almost an hour to get a hold of a representative and the first thing I heard was "do you have a Jetblue confirmation number?" and when I answered no, she hung up immediately. Another hour of waiting and when I finally asked the representative for the refund she transferred me to her supervisor Georgina. It was a long conversation, but the take away was that Jetblue is not responsible for anything and I should take up the issue with the international airline. Even though Jetblue overcharged me and sent my luggage to a completely wrong airport, they did nothing wrong and there is nothing they can do--including the original partial refund that I was told to request at the original airport by a Jetblue employee for the fee they charged "just in case". So, if you want to fly with an airline that overcharge every chance they get without a chance of a refund, care more about charging fees rather than the health and safety of their passengers even during an international emergency, lose your luggage and takes absolutely no responsibility let alone a simple apology, then by all means fly Jetblue. I will avoid this airline at all costs, even if it means paying more to use other airlines--whether it be for me or any of my colleagues, employees or family members. I have flown with many international and domestic airlines during my military service and work including a handful of budget airlines. Jetblue, by far, was the worst experience I have ever had with any airline out there. Also, on a side note, while many, if not all, domestic airlines waive overweight baggage fee for military personnel, Jetblue does not--the info is vague on their website, but a representative of Jetblue confirmed this over the phone. That's why they completely ignored me when I showed my military ID asking if there are any fee waivers. I guess their motto really should be "Profit Above All" read more
