If you don't like anything in the lot you can order from a nationwide database with the security that every vehicle was taken care of. They will bring it to you. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving.
