The employee who was taking orders went inside and came out about a minute later with a piping out delicious cup of coffee flavored with lavender and blackberry. It was the perfect pick-me-up on a cold winter morning. I didn't taste much blackberry flavor but the lavender was not too strong and "perfumey." It was a disappointing visit and so much so that we didn't come after planning for Tres Gatos to be our coffee / breakfast spot for the three days in SLC area. To be honest, we had pretty low expectations for the food since it's a coffee shop, but we walked away so satisfied. The building itself is pretty cool and it was fun to explore the space a bit. It's a bit of a hidden gem and it was surprisingly quiet for a Sunday. There isn't a ton of seating, but since there wasn't a huge rush, we had no trouble finding a spot.
