This is your typical Starbucks experience: fast service and all the standard drinks. It was fine, but there was one major issue: Our hot coffees were served boiling hot. I'm not talking "nice and hot"--I'm talking dangerously, scalding hot! We had to wait a full 10+ minutes with the lids off before we could even take a proper sip. It completely ruined the convenience of grabbing a quick coffee. We considered asking for them to make new ones but the staff wasn't very approachable. Maybe it was a fluke but in case it wasn't, if you order a hot drink here, you might want to ask them to make it a little cooler. read more

Standard Starbucks. However what bugs me most is the pre-service Tip request. I'm sick of the presumptive tip tax. We pull up they hand us the credit card machine and say we need to "answer a question". So we are guilted into the pre service tip tax and we fold. Then they proceed to fail to deliver in their service by giving us a fruit drink without the fruit "because they are out" as well as a poorly mixed mocha drink. But hey...., they got their tip. read more

Disappointed- I asked for an americano and it was a watered down weak drink. I do not recommend. The guy was rude and kept slamming everything down. Maybe he was having a bad day, poor thing. read more

Super disappointing that after a long day at the lake with my daughter and puppy, we thought it would be a great way to cool off with some Starbucks refreshers and and pup cup. But no pup cup because apparently they are low, not out, just low on whip cream. Not to mention this is the only Starbucks that doesn't have vanilla oat milk. Tooele only Starbucks and they do a good job at accommodating for their little community! We have friends that are from Tooele so we've gone out here several times and this is usually where we go to get our coffee when we're out here! We love that it's not usually crowded and we can pull out our laptops and start working on them if we need to. That's especially nice since this is almost an hour from Salt Lake City, so we appreciate it that we don't have to wait until we get back in the area to start doing work or research whatever it is we may be doing on our laptops! read more

Kind of idiots!! We live in UTAH and yet they are the only starbucks that says they cant make anything without coffee!! Picture below is from Mesquite.. Where I am sure they dont get as many requests for no coffee as Utah.. Educate your employees.. Or here let me help you, as anyone knows if you dont wnat an i ingredient in a recipe you take it out. We always have good service here. Never crowded and the baristas are polite and helpful. Today we had a great experience with Angie. She was really sweet and helpful. Starbucks is switching over to a different matcha powder (without all that added sugar in it thankfully!) but in the meantime are out of matcha here locally and I couldn't get my green tea frap. Either way she helped us change our orders and went above and beyond what was required of her. We left happy and will be back again! read more

Its a Starbucks it brand new here in tooele, Google maps doesn't show it yet so keep an eye open when looking for it. It a little different then other Starbucks I've been in it feels more open inside not so crowded up with chairs and displays its nice. So this is our only Starbucks in town. It's more hit than miss thankfully. I got an email advertising their new cherry mocha frappe' so we ventured out to try it. This review is based only on this visit using the drive thru. Um yea....I was expecting to be wowed with this Valentine drink but instead was greeted with this sad version of the one pictured but at least it tasted yummy. One store has to be the worst in the company, this would be it. Tried 3 times...1st had to explain what a dry cappuccino was, they got it wrong, second time ordered caramel Macchiato got a plain latte with no flavor, third time got sour milk. I look forward to my daily visits here! I always feel like everyone there, has always treated me like "one of the family". And they notice when we don't come in for a day or so. They know what our favorites are and they also let us know when they have something new that they think we would enjoy. I have never felt that any of the people who work there have been rude, or disrespectful. And I have at times praised them for their patience when I saw customers get rude with them. They are pretty good at knowing that my husband is a jokester, and they playful joke back. Loni has been an amazing manager, and has supported this community and crew members from other locations, when their family needed support through a family crisis. I love Starbucks, maybe it's the variety, maybe it's the ambiance and free wi-fi, the baked goods, or the chill music. This one seems more open, it might just be the high ceiling, the staff is nice and friendly, but since this location just opened, the staff is new. I have been here about a dozen times and only had one wrong order. One of the gals had suggestions for some tasty drinks that were not on the menu, I enjoy that she had such passion about the product and she was inventive. I like this location, my only complaint is last time I went in there was straws and wrappings on the floor, it was still clean, just not tidy. read more

Man oh man.. This place needs some help! Maybe they haven't been trained correctly. I'm visiting Tooele and visited starbucks 2 times and both times they got our drinks wrong.. Mind you it's not like there is a huge line and they are working fast to keep up.. There was nobody in line both times I visited. They need to pay closer attention when taking orders. I would 4 out of 5 times they get my order right and tasting great! I don't drink coffee, but I love their non-coffee products! There seems to also be a correlation between great service and great product. When the service is great, my order is awesome! When the service sucks, my order is messed up or tastes bad. read more

Nice modern interior. That's all that's good about it. We came in for something refreshing and had to wait 15 minutes for a shake.. Really? Service was slow, the women were just chatting and not paying attention to the drive thru. Then people came in complaining their milk was spoiled. So they took out all the milk and threw it out. This location can be a bit slow at times but the continuous great customer service I have received here make up for it. I have visited many Starbucks across the United States and this location has to be one of the cleanest I have visited. There have been times I've come in and they are out of brewed coffee and I have no other choice but to wait. A bit odd for a coffee shop to run out of brewed coffee. Fortunately it's usually never a long wait and the barista is always very apologetic and friendly for the inconvenience. The interior is pretty large for a Starbucks which is nice, great big windows, plenty of seating and fast wifi. My wife enjoys their frappes and the fact that when she asks for extra caramel, boy do they give her the extra caramel she asks for. read more

they don't honor their punch cards - was handed a punch card (didnt even ask for it) which they then punched each time. but at the last punch: "my manager said this is only for coffee, not lattees..." wtf? if you're not going to honor them, then don't peddle them. on the other hand they do have a nice cup of bull sh1t (mediocre coffee tho). read more
