I wanted to try this place the past couple days i pass this place it was always pack while the Starbucks in this town never had a car in line . WOW WOW!!! There coffee were the best coffee I ever had! Their White hot Mocha was delicious, it was so smooth no bitter taste , once I took the first slip it was like the mocha exploded in my mouth . It was like slow motion I enjoyed the first slip then of course I couldn't stop taking a drink ( keep in mind the white mocha was my cousins) lol. I had the ice Caramel Macchiato , just look at it, It already look good . First drink OMG I tasted every flavor in that drink , it was so yummy I finish it to quick , the next day I had to go back an get a large that's how yummy it was . Usually when I go to Starbucks it's my to go drink , so I was not sure if this place would be good . Omg it was better than Starbucks , if only we had this place here in my town. read more

Skip Starbucks, you want actual great coffee and great service without the hippy BS that Starbucks tries to be. Go support a local business. Their coffee and service is fantastic, they have smoothies too. You won't be disappointed, and if you are... the hippy, bitter coffee establishment is up the main road. Two suggestions if I may: 1. Maybe a remodel/ update, expand the building maybe( it's definitely showing it's age) 2. Maybe in the near future adding more food options. I LOVE this place! The coffee is so good. Always hot and fresh, doesn't matter what time you visit. The car line moves fast and sometimes they come outside and take your order, so by the time you get to the window your drink is ready. I think they also offer bagels and other "snacks" not sure I have never ordered them. I won't go to Starbuck's anymore. This is "my" spot. We stopped in here while coming back out of the Racepark and had great mocha's! Seriously.. we thought, how in the hell can a little po-dunk town like Tooele even come close to a decent drink like we get in Seattle, etc.. You know what? They owned it! Nothing like a 32 ounce beast on a hot 95 degree day in Utah. Get'em "Iced" to go, tasted great and not at all bland or mixed wrong. The girls were sweet and we will add this joint to our must do's while in this neck of the woods. Since moving to Tooele this has become our favorite coffee joint. We love small businesses and am happy to see this place always busy. We have not been let down once and we've probably spent a couple hundred dollars at this place in the last few months. They work hard by coming out to your vehicle in rain/snow or shine to help get the orders in before you get up to the window. Good to see such hard working employees. read more

This is hands down my favorite place to go for coffee. I love all the workers. The women working there are all friendly and nice. I have never had a bad experience. The one lady that's been there 12 years is my favorite. Everyone is sweet and they're helpful. Love love love Janna's Java. The frozen Carmel macchiato with and extra shot is amazing. The service at janna's is top notch. Baristas doing what they love and good coffee is what brings me back to this quaint little shop time and time again. I don't understand why you can't add a tip though? They have a tip can, but when you pay with a card you have to ask for the tip to be added. I wish they could change this? We need to tip our baristas because they're hard working people. So if you visit here, and you're paying with plastic, be sure to ask to add a couple bucks for the tip, otherwise you look like a schmuck. read more

They were super friendly, and even though I ordered something a lil wonky that wasn't specifically on the menu they were able to whip up exactly what I wanted! Oh my gosh, Janna's gets me through so many of my days. Love that they know what I want (a dirty green tea chai with honey) and are quick.

Came through to get a few drinks and bagel before a road trip, a teenage blonde girl with blue eyes was one of the rudest girls in customer service that I've met. She kept interrupting asking if we were done, I told her no, she replied sorry you paused and continued to sass me and eye roll, I told her my husband was still talking which he was, she got snotty saying well she can't hear us, my husband requested a bagel and when I turned my head to ask for cream cheese she stormed off and didn't even take our entire order. She needs a lesson learned or fired. Needless to say at the window I told them we didn't want our order, honestly mainly because after her attitude and snottiness we didn't know what she would have done to our drinks or food because the maturity really seemed to be lacking.
