The coffee was pretty good and the space is comfortable for working, but not super cute or trendy. There is a food menu but there are no gluten free items. The outside canopy says they have salads, but they do not. Get a gluten free option and my review will increase. read more

I had heard good reviews and finally tried Java Bean. My sandwich was okay, but overpriced. The girls behind the counter were enthusiastic and nice. Sorry this has taken me a few months to post, but I was traveling through Grantsville and stopped in for a coffee. I went inside and didn't feel welcomed at all. The employees seemed to have there favorite customers, and kept talking with them even after they had ordered. Finally they begrudgingly turned to me to take me order and weren't very friendly. Coffee was mediocre and the food was very over priced. I drive thru here all the time for work, but I WILL NOT being coming back here for coffee any time soon, but will go to Tooele for Starbucks instead. read more

I stopped here early before a class, and the ladies running this place were awesome. I ordered a dirty chai and paid with a card, they actually asked to see a picture ID (super awesome) and she had seen my military ID card and gave me a discount. Menu isn't the largest, ordered a latte with almond milk and after paying was told they didn't have enough almond milk for my order got soy instead which isn't a big deal but soy overpowers the flavor more than almond milk. Also, it was a Saturday at 11 am...c'mon now! I was at Java Bean this morning, it was a beautiful day so I sat outside on the patio. It has a great view of the mountains. I had a really perfect cup of coffee that they custom made for me. Several shots of espresso. Their coffee is bold and smooth. It has a nutty roasted flavor that is far superior to that of other coffee purveyors. Great job, I can't wait for my next cup. read more
