Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. All of them were OK, but Triple Fresh Solutions was more than OK. They were great, or should I say he was great. We won't try any other company in the future as long as he is still in business. I spent some time studying the machinery he had in his truck. Extremely high tech. I'm kind of an engineering nerd and i always look at machines and machinery. His machinery was amazing, and to my eye looked much more sophisticated than what I've seen in other vendors' trucks over the years.

The worst customer service ever!…read more I recently moved into a new apartment and needed a really good interior clean and a new theme for my new home. I recently had pulled my back out, and just doing everyday tasks were exhausting. I figured an interior designer would do the trick. Neatfreaks has decent reviews so i went with them. When I called, the owner Tomi answered and made an appointment to see my place on a Monday (veterans day) at 3pm. The weekend passes and monday finally is here, I received a text message from Tomi explaining how she had family plans and she had to cancel on me. She asked me when i'd like to reschedule, I told her "Tuesday?". She declined and told me "Wednesday at 3:30pm would be best". I accepted and waited for Wednesday. Wednesday at 2:45pm I receive another text from Tomi. She said she is finishing up at another job and won't be able to make it until 5:00pm. Since I already had taken the afternoon off work this wasn't a big deal, but this adjustment made me cancel a 5:00pm appointment with someone else. Tomi texts me again saying it will more likely be 530, 545. Really?!? Around 6:15pm, Tomi finally shows up to look at my place. We go over ideas and pricing. She tells me she has clients Thursday and Friday, and that she will shop Saturday and send me pictures through email and text to see if I approve or disapprove with her ideas. Then, on Sunday she will come by from 4-8pm, start and finish the job. Sunday came, 4-8pm came and gone, no show on Tomi. I tried calling and texting for some type of confirmation, no answer. Around Midnight!!! I get a 10 text message explanation that her husband fell in the shower and she was at the hospital. She never told me how she was going to reschedule or make it right for me. I contacted her the next day asking when she would be able to actually make a time, commit to it, and actually start and finish the job. She told me to go find someone else to do the job and that she was to busy for another client. I explained to her about proper costumer service and proper time management and told her to have a nice day. later that night I got a voicemail from her HUSBAND asking me to stop harassing his wife and that she would not be doing my job anymore. He also, mentioned how Tomi told him I was in the military and that he figured he "out ranked me" and that I should "watch who I talk to and disrespect". 1.) If you make an appointment or promise a customer something, you honor and commit to it. If you some how can't or forget to do this. Apologize and ask how to make it right with the customer. Please don't forget that WE ARE PAYING YOU. 2.) Anyone that is in the military and tries to "muscle" there way around with there rank is a square and should really get some help. If you have a problem with someone then just man up and confront the person to get both sides of the story. This lady is simply over her head and needs some type of assistant. If you don't want your time wasted I suggest finding someone else for your interior design needs.

You can't have a person just come to your house and clean away and expect the best job in the world. You have to get used to each other, it is almost like a relationship. We have been using her services for over a month now and she is getting better and better. She asks us if there is anything else or anything she missed and if she did she gets it done. She brings her own things which is awesome cause I don't have anything. And she explains what she is doing with certain things which I can also appreciate. Sounds like the 2 negative reviews got a little personal. Personally we have a great relationship with Tomi. She gets along with our animals (dog and cat) and gets the job done.

HOW DO YOU MISS A WHOLE ROOM?? Scheduled a deep clean for a…read moreWednesday because we were having a realtor come in on Thursday to take pics of our home. The room in question was my man cave and to be perfectly honest, it was the only room that I cared about. That's the room that my dogs and myself relax in. We had to clean the room ourselves. Using Molly Maid was definitely not the cheapest ($965), but I expected that the whole home would be deep cleaned. The maid office even sent me a text that the job would take 1-1.5 hrs. more than anticipated and if I would approve the extra labor, Which I did because we wanted the whole home cleaned and cleaned properly. When I contacted Molly Maid I felt like they were dismissing my concern. The rep at Molly said my wife had told them not to worry about the back room and that it was fine. My wife stated that they really didn't speak to her due to the language barrier and that the room in question was never mentioned and that when they asked how the house looked they had already packed up their cleaning supplies and were on their way out the door. At no time did my wife say to not clean my man cave. They offered me a 50$ discount for an INCOMPLETE job. I hired them because we did not want to do this ourselves and ended up having to do part of the job ourselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. unfortunately, I did not do my homework and read any of the Molly Maid reviews prior to booking them.

I would have been stoked with a lesser result but Jim's philosophy is it's his name on the result so he wants it perfect. He really spent a long time getting it GREAT. He's extremely knowledgable and gave us advice on the home we're buying regarding removing cat oder. He really knows his stuff.
