It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. Completely missed my guest room (all they did was vacuum the hardwood floor). My desk still had dust on it 3. Didn't clean the windows of the 2nd story and neglected all blinds and window sills 4. The small room where my washer/dryer was there was a lot of dust and lint near the vent. Saw them vacuuming there so thought they took care of it but go back in there after they left and it was still absolutely covered in dust/lint 5. none of the ceiling fans were cleaned and still covered in dust 6. She also wiped down everything including the baseboard and light fixtures, tidied up my toiletries and even straightened out the towels and the TP in a triangle like a hotel!
