Once we set up an appointment, they tested a spot on my couch, first, to see if it would be worth my time & money. Again, they were honest that it might not come out to be as white as I would like. But I decided to give it a go & Jeremy (I'm pretty sure that was his name) worked diligently for 4 hours to try to get it as clean as he could. He did an amazing job! It looked SO much better once he was finished. Of course, they were right. My couch isn't bleach white anymore. But they were able to get many stains out & make it look so much more presentable. I'm thankful for the honesty & effort put into cleaning our beautiful couch. I will be using Smith Bro's in the future. Our couch is a large sectional & they charged $275 to have it cleaned & an additional $150 for the scotch guard product they use (only it's better than scotch guard). Completely missed my guest room (all they did was vacuum the hardwood floor). My desk still had dust on it 3. Didn't clean the windows of the 2nd story and neglected all blinds and window sills 4. The small room where my washer/dryer was there was a lot of dust and lint near the vent. Saw them vacuuming there so thought they took care of it but go back in there after they left and it was still absolutely covered in dust/lint 5. none of the ceiling fans were cleaned and still covered in dust 6.
