We were very pleased with them and set up an appointment to have the items removed on Saturday at 8:00 AM. We were anxiously looking forward to having all that stuff removed. Saturday arrived and we waited and waited. Finally, at 9:30 I called the office to see what had happened. The dispatcher said he would contact the truck and let us know what was going on. He called back and said that the truck was running late, and it wouldn't be until the afternoon before they could get to our house to pick-up. Well, that wouldn't work for us, so we had to re-schedule for today. Although we were disappointed, we understand that things happen.
