This is the third project I've hired him for and every time I am exceptionally pleased with his high level of service from everyone I've encountered from Dr.Demo This last job has some particular challenges that I think should be recognized: -right before Memorial Day Weekend -remote location -hit a snag from unexpected circumstances All of these things are where Ricky and his staff took everything above and beyond. They accommodated my schedule to perform the work requested and when hitting a snag, Ricky kept his cool the entire time as he troubleshooted and routed additional equipment and resources to resolve the issue. Family owned/run business and it feels like it. Super personable, professionals who get the job done. Definitely recommend!

We can't recommend Luis and Urias Contracting Inc. enough. Luis is honestly one of the most…read morehardworking and trustworthy contractors we've ever met. We were hesitant about moving forward with the EBB seismic retrofit at first, but after meeting Luis, we felt much more comfortable with the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and very reasonable compared to the other contractors we spoke with. He completed all of the work carefully, cleanly, and the right way without cutting corners. What impressed us most, though, was how he handled the issues we had with the EBB reimbursement process. Once the work was completed, he could have easily taken his payment and moved on, but he didn't. He stayed involved, helped us through every step, and made sure everything was handled properly so that we ultimately received our reimbursement. That kind of honesty and follow-through is hard to find. Luis truly cares about his work and his customers. If you're considering an EBB retrofit or just working with Urias Contracting Inc., don't hesitate. A+++ experience and highly recommended!
