You can feel confident here, Jake was a recommendation through a Civil Engineer that was another well known good recommendation to us. ( you see where this is going?) Ha! Jake is licensed and bonded current, he also runs a very good team, his workers are hard working guys, respectful and you can tell that Jake (owner) is a good business Man. He himself is very down to earth, honest and he'll tell you honest everything you want to know and by us asking a ton of questions, he'll start feeling like family because just how the conversations flow and how comfortable you feel. He takes his time, making sure that what his findings also match up with the civil engineer findings. *****please note**** we hired a civil engineer beforehand to check our foundation.....its worth the report and they essentially write the recipe and guys like Jake bake the cake. Its important you need both if you want to feel confident in your choices for your home, because that's what we did. Jake is a rare and gem find, he'll tell you what you need, and is extremely knowledgeable. Not his first rodeo. The work guys are extremely well knowledgeable and are experienced in what they do. A structural engineer referred me to Sure Safe Foundation Systems over 12 years ago, and I've been referring them out ever since. What makes them stand out is their patented system. It repairs and replaces foundations for significantly less than what traditional contractors charge. That alone is huge for sellers trying to close without blowing their net proceeds or without the potential buyer canceling. We have been able to prevent home sales from falling apart because a traditional foundation report came in at 75k-100k. We immediately got Suresafe in, and they were able to complete the work for a quarter of the price, all because of their system. But honestly, besides that, it's the people. Family-owned, and it shows. From the office staff to the crew in the field, everyone is professional, patient, and easy to work with. My clients always come back and say how much they liked them. If you own a home in San Diego and need foundation work, call Suresafe first. They are really awesome.

I'm so thankful that I found Laser ReLevel Inc…read more I purchased my mobile home about a year and a half ago and at that time, I had a contractor do a "basic relevel" as I didn't know any better or that there was a difference at that time. When Joshua came to look at my house, it turned out it was between 3/4 and 1 inch off on one side and definitely needed precision laser guided releveling! He was very knowledgeable and came the same week that I called him for an estimate. The job was completed the following week all in just one day! He and his crew were very professional, and they explained everything every step of the way. He also recommended an interior support for my living room ceiling as one of the previous owners had removed a loadbearing wall which could be detrimental to the ceiling and roof structure. Thank goodness I called the right company! I highly recommend Joshua and his company and will definitely refer them to my clients in the future as well.

He used a laser to accurately determine the leveling of my mobile home and even brought a robot camera underneath the house so he could show me exactly what was going on. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Joshua brought two crew members with him, supervised the work personally, and the entire team was fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. As part of the leveling, he made sure all of my doors were properly adjusted and functioning correctly. The previous contractor had done a terrible job installing them, and Joshua took the time to fix the issues and make them right. He also repaired my skirting, fixed my gutter drain, and took care of several other small things he noticed along the way without me even asking. It's rare to find someone who is this honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. He clearly cares about his customers and wants the job done right--not just done quickly. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, fairly priced, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Joshua. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Joshua, for going above and beyond!

There is a reason SD Footing Repair are the go-to contractor for historic homes like mine. They know the job inside and out, they work hard and efficiently, and they take pride in their work. SD Footing Repair replaced my perimeter foundation, along with a number of post and piers. Every single knowledgeable person, from the foundation engineer to the city inspector, has praised the work they performed. I never really thought much about foundations before, but I am actually proud to show off the foundation SD Footing Repair built for my house. It's that nice. We had the foundation certified and inspected without issue. Jason, the owner of SD Footing Repair, was on site frequently throughout the project, and was professional and easy to work with. It's obvious that he cares about his crew and his customers, and does everything he can to make an intimidating home renovation less intimidating. Replacing an entire foundation is an unpleasant project to have to undertake, especially on a historic home. At the end of the day, though, SD Footing Repair ensured the project was completed on-budget and ahead of schedule, with no drama. In fact, they even cleaned up the mess left by another contractor (literally). I would not hesitate to recommend SD Footing Repair to anyone needing foundation work, especially on a historic home.

After a few days, Michele was able to get me a quote and get me in the books for November. I asked her to put me on the cancellation list. Usually companies don't really move us ahead, but Michele was very quick about the appointment books. She first moved me up a week and then she asked me if they could start work the first week of October. Jason, his foreman, and his crew were very quick and knew what they were doing. They got the job done in 2 days for a 1180sq foot house. I want to personally thank Michele for being amazing. She replies very quickly to you even though she's super busy with all the admin work. I asked for a receipt and she got it to me asap. Tom and Jason, who are the other owners, were very friendly and will answer all your questions. Their foreman was very nice too. He was the first one at the house and the last one to leave. He explained to me what was going on. They have competitive pricing.
