Malcolm, Thank you for reaching out to Johnny's for your landscaping needs. Are you looking for a quote for a one time clean up or a one time clean up and recurring maintenance service? regards, Duy Tran This was my reply: Due Tran, There is no clean up needed. The house has been maintained by my regular gardener but he is retiring. I need a regular recurring service. Malcolm Jarvis This was his reply: Malcolm, We can provide bi-weekly landscape maintenance services for this property for $65 per visit. Please let me know if you'd like to proceed with scheduling the services by providing your full name, email address, and service address. I will send over a proposal for your review and signature. Thank you, Duy Tran This was my reply: Duy, There is very little maintenance required and I am looking for once a month at a reasonable price. Malcolm This was his reply: We can provide once every 4 week service at your property for $95 per visit. This was my reply: Duy, Thank you for getting back to me and working with me. I would like you to visit the property so we can discuss what you will do once every 4 weeks for $95 per. I am available to meet tomorrow, Wednesday, anytime from 10:30 - 1:00, Thursday from 8:00 - 2:00 and Friday 8:00 - 11:00 and 1:30 - 5:00. She received a quote and sent me the phone # to schedule since she was busy at work. I reached out, sent photos, and awaited a response. The person I was texting asked if we were looking for reoccurring service or the one time weed removal when I replied requesting just one time service I didn't hear back. I texted again requesting an estimate, no response. Texted again the next day on Wednesday and they finally requested my information. I sent my info, received an email to sign an estimate agreement and after signing and sending it right back I received no response. I texted back that we would be going with a different service who was able to schedule us in. I'm usually really patient but the lack of communication is what bothered me. They were quick to reach back out after sending initial photos but after I opted for a one time service instead of reoccurring services is when I stopped hearing back so quickly. No shade at all if a business doesn't want to offer their services or prefers bigger projects but I would have appreciated better transparency and communication. I'm sure others have had more positive experiences but for me personally I wouldn't recommend this business. I believe in treating every customer with the same respect and willingness to communicate regardless of project size.
