I just bought a house and had Siverback Hauling come out and help start with my project. I had a bunch of concrete and old pool coping that I need busted up. they broke the concrete and hauled it away. There were bushes and ice plant they cut up and removed from our property. Chris had hauled some trash away for us before, so when a contractor left behind construction debris and then did not return my calls or emails, I called him right away. I was impressed by how fast he and his helper were able to haul away a pile of trash, and remove a stack of old lumber that had taken me several days to haul down the hill. Chris and his men are real professionals! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They came on Sunday as I needed, the second day after I called Chris. The truck was very big and the price was real reasonable. They were fast but very careful. And did a decent job leaving my place tidy. Chris is honest and fair and on-time. He gave me a $300 price to haul away a heavy recliner, a captain's bed 4 small chest of drawers and some doors, and a mattress, a fair price, but after he was able to break down the bed and saw it used less room in his truck than he expected, he dropped the price down to $250, and no haggling about credit card vs cash. I'm so incredibly impressed with these guys!!! I'm doing a complete renovation of my house inside and out so I've been dealing with 20+ different companies and I've learned how ridiculously difficult it is to find honest, hardworking and reliable people to work on your house! 1. He answered the first time I called him 2. He was available right away to come out and give me a quote to demo an old rock water fountain and a concrete/brick wall and steps 3. He gave me a very fair price right away 4. He told me exactly what he can do, what he cant do, and gave me realistic expectations. Very honest and upfront! I really hate the contractors that tell you "no problem" to everything and then cant get the job done. 5. He was able to start the work a few days later (I was in a serious time crunch to get it done) 6. Chris and his team worked hard and got the job done in a day 7. He was very personable and family oriented guy 8. HERE IS WHY I CAME TO WRITE AN AMAZING REVIEW ON SILVERBACK HAULING. I handed him cash in a envelope for his work and thanked him. 15 minutes after he left he came back and said I overpaid him by $300! I had no idea I overpaid him. If anybody see my other reviews you know I am huge on customer service and Co not just taking your money and expecting a 5. Here we have a Co that the owner answers the phone an calls you right back. Amazing no 10 calls or any other nonsense needed. Polite, courteous and to the point regarding pricing. Showed up without needing any reminders and even called first and showed up early. I used them to demo a tiled shower and clean up some other debris I had laying around. Before they started first thing asked was where is water shut off. I was impressed they were actually thinking ahead as anything can happen. I left the two of them alone and I was blown away in the care they took to take down the tiled walls. No bashing the heck out of it damaging everything. There was such little noise and dust it was amazing. I have demo'd bathroom myself an can tell you it is hard work and difficult to not damage adjoining walls and ceiling both of which were untouched when they were done. They took such care to save the window trim and adding surfaces it was impressive. No dragging bags or containers on your floors they carried each one out on their backs saving my new floors. Not only did they clean up they also swept the entire area and it was clean as a whistle. They also picked up the two other piles I had again sweeping up afterwards. Here is a Co that delivers what they promise and then some. Personable english speaking workers that can be left to do their thing. Let's hire American's people, they are insured licensed and just as cost effective. I could care less what nationality someone is but show up speaking english and have a license. There is a huge difference but not in price and no danger to you and your family picking someone off a corner to do work illegally. In the end the price to me was lower then expected when considering doing it myself and then renting a garbage container or bag. I would never do it myself again. Why waste your time loading up garbage cans or going to the dump when the rates are so reasonable. Thanks!!! read more

I hired these guys to remove a structurally sound 16x22 shed from my backyard and they did a great job! There was no room for heavy equipment so it was demolished and hauled to their trucks by hand. They came in several hundred dollars cheaper than another major demolition company in the area. They were friendly and easy to work with. Will hire them again for any demolition or hauling needs! Great communication as well including a call the night before and in the morning as they were on their way over. read more

Trustworthy and dependable. I needed a kitchen demolition and didn't know where to start. Chris came over the very day I called him to give a quote. We set a date for demolition 3 weeks later and he followed through with the job as planned. They were quick and thoroughly cleaned up the entire kitchen afterward. I was in need of a plumber and electrician.. he set up to have Sergio Escobedo (Plumber) to come out that day and also referred Ron Wilson an electrician. Chris went above and beyond by calling Ron himself to explain the electrical situation that he found during the demolition. I was also nothing but impressed by both Sergio and Ron.
