The cleaning needed for their house was beyond a deep cleaning. I'd call it a restorative cleaning. Jenny was extremely responsive via Yelp, had open availability and was willing to accommodate. I was able to schedule within 3 days of reaching out. The cleaning ladies were on time and arrived earlier. Jenny ensured to communicate and confirm their early arrival prior to doing so which was greatly appreciated. They were professional, kind, empathetic and did not judge the condition of the house, which was a huge concern for my family member. My family member was so thankful for the empathy, positive attitude and conversations that they had with the cleaning ladies. They truly helped uplift their spirit and told them that they deserved to live in a clean environment that brought them peace. Jenny & her team go beyond just providing a cleaning service. The unit was empty when we hired them to come in and clean so I didn't think they'd have any issues finding the areas that needed to be deep-cleaned. There was candle wax splattered on the walls and floors; caked on grease on the cabinets; food splattered on the wall above the stove; a brown ring in the toilet; mold on the dishwasher; among other things. To their credit, they were able to remove the mold from the dishwasher and the brown ring in the toilet, but everything else appeared to be untouched. In fact, they even broke one of the handles on our toilet and left the pieces on the bathroom counter. I found it rude that they didn't mention the damage once they had left, so I emailed Kelly and she was courteous and offered to send the girls back to clean and fix what was missed. Keep in mind, the first time they came they spent about 4.5 hours "cleaning" the house. A couple days later they came back and fixed the toilet handle and wiped the food splatter off the wall. There was still wax on the wall and she asked me if I would like her to remove it, I said yes. She told me the first time they were there they weren't able to get the grease off the cabinets because we didn't have any hot water since the water heater wasn't turned on. By the end of it, we still had grease on our cabinets and our floors were dirty (even though I saw her mop). They just didn't seem as thorough as advertised. And we were charged $292.50...
