When I brought this to the company's attention, they initially responded quickly and expressed a desire to make things right. However, once I requested compensation for the damage, communication stopped entirely. It has now been over a week since my last message. My follow-ups have been read but not answered. As I've continued cleaning and organizing the house, I've also discovered that some areas appear to have been missed altogether. For example, the shelves in my children's room had a significant layer of dust on them, suggesting they were not dusted during the service. Mistakes happen, and I would have been willing to work collaboratively toward a resolution. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication after the damage occurred. I hope the company chooses to respond and address the situation. If they do, I would be happy to update this review.
