If I were the owner reading this review, I would really consider changing staff or doing some hospitality trainings. The place has a lot of potential but it's getting squandered by the staff's inability to be hospitable. I truly hope they can turn things around!

She asked my daughter's name and I noticed that Audrey put a sign with her name and a heart on the dressing room door. What a nice touch to the service. I just loved that!
